I was shocked by the results of the five strengths that I possess. I did not know that I had the context strength in me where I would focus on something and its past until I got an answer to an issue. I knew that I solved any issues I faced but did not know that it was among the first strengths, as well as enjoying a challenge and looked deep into it to get a solution.
My leadership style is participative, and strengths are necessary when dealing with my followers. I have the core values that guide them, such as accommodating to the workers but do not let them take advantage of the chances I give them. Through the restorative quality, I can concentrate on any problem we face in the place of work and solve them and also ensure that they will not happen again. The traits will help me in performing the management duties of planning, controlling and running the business (Gallup Strengths Center , 2013.

The trait that I need to work most on so that I can be a good leader is being an arranger. I should be able to arrange all operations depending on ways that will be beneficial to the workers and the business. The traits I possess do not differ from the strengths I require to be a good manager. As a manager, I can critically look at the business environment before making any decisions as they affect every operation, using the context quality.
In my future career, I will use the restorative strength most. I will be able to solve any issue I experience in my work. Also, I will determine all the courses and address them to make sure that the issues do not occur again.
