Discussion Response 1

I agree that there are cultural and generational diversity pronouncements and noticeability in various working environments (McCann, & Kohntopp, 2017). The escalation of cultural diversity depends on the increase of immigrants to America. It is evident because the country recruits many employees from other countries in different fields. I concur with that because of the shortages the country faces in vital filed s such as nursing; therefore, recruiting nurses and healthcare providers from other countries (Jenkins, 2018). The countries are mostly developing countries such as the Philippines, India, Russia, and other parts of Africa. I agree with the idea that the generational diversity at work environments include the veterans, Generation- X, Baby boomers, and the millennial generations. I agree with this mainly because the existing aspects associated with the generations possibly influencing their working ethics and morals in the society. I concur with the fact that the employees can use a healthy and conducive work environment to promote trust, respect, and peace in a diversified work condition.

Discussion Response: 2

I concur that the movement of people from one geographical location to another would create a multi-cultural environment (Stoermer, Bader & Froese, 2016). It is true because this enhances densification expanding human perception not to focus on issues such as religion, ethnicity, color, and gender preferences (Fallon, 2017). I agree that within the healthcare setting, human acceptance and understanding emanate from the work environment. It is true, and I agree to the point that they start of recognition of employees' worth is through the reminder of existing diversity in the work environments leading to high performance and productivity. Yes, this is because diversity promotes cohesion and cultural inclusivity, increasing performance, and productivity through job satisfaction. I concur that inclusivity promotes cultural diversity reducing small differences within working environments to enhance organization or community benefits. Indeed, the promotion of policies would positively lead to the creation of a sense of belongingness in any given environment.
