The overall QMP for the corporation is the Six Sigma Strategy. The company has been experiencing continuous growth in all its operations over the past years. It is essential for the firm to sustain the growth with prolonged encouragement and quality plans. The Six Sigma process makes sure that the operations of the firm are continuous, deals with developing quality and performance of the activities. The Six Sigma strategy eliminates the inefficiencies for the organization to meet the highest accuracy and performance levels. Further, the process makes sure a company improves on its operations. The purpose of utilizing the Six Sigma process is due to the turnout recognized by the customers for cheap but high-quality products. The practice of sustainability is created as a result of realizing continuous tangible advantages.

Implementation of Six Sigma Process in the Company 

The bottle producer has various conditions that should be met to facilitate the incorporation of the Six Sigma process. Firstly, it is essential to get support from the executives to successfully execute the implementation process of the strategy. The managers should provide finances and other resources to the company leaders to make sure that the project is efficient and completed on time.

Secondly, the company’s structure including space, staff, and technology is an essential aspect that should be taken into account before implementing the strategy. The factor is necessary to make sure that the structure is stable and contains the appropriate resources that will enhance the incorporation of the approach. A firm structure of the company that has supportive employees is essential in the successful execution of the process.

The company’s employees should hold committees to verify their uncertainties, questions, and issues before executing the Six Sigma process. The executives should outline the significance of the process in the company to the employees.

The activities and presumptions should be explained and delegated to specific employees in the company. The definition and incorporation of different events are essential to the executives, supervisors, project leaders, Six Sigma Corporation, and every manufacturing company. The Six Sigma framework consists of various levels of verification including Champion, Green, Black, and Master Black Belt. The champion level focuses on the primary manager who has not played a part in the project or a top-level administrator who is the primary sponsor of the undertaking. The Green Belt level consists of people who partially take part in complicated work. The Black Belts are people who work on a full-time basis to make changes and improvements in an organization. The Major Black Belts are the executives of the process and have experience in managing projects along with making reports to the top officials.

The company’s team managers and subordinates would fall under the category of Green Belt verification. The supervisors under training can fall under the category of Black Belt and should acquire skills in improving the systems. The general managers and the other employees who take the responsibility of supervising complicated processes fall under the category of Main Black Belt. Their function is to provide extensive and intelligent advice on leaning out systems.

The DMAIC method is incorporated for successful implementation of the Six Sigma strategy in the processing plant. The DMAIC process has five stages that include defining, measuring, analyzing, improving, and controlling. The defining phase focuses on describing the goals of the project and the rationale of the consumer. In this stage, the leader of the project is determined, and the resources are gathered. Besides, the strategies and achievements of the projects are developed. The statement of the problem is also established. The second step is measure where the efficiency is evaluated so that the problem statement can be quantifiable in numerical form. The process development ability along with the basics of Sigma is described in the second stage. The third step is analysis where the goals on efficiency in development are described. The invaluable process stages and causes of variance are established. It is the final stage before the transformations take place. The fourth step of the Six Sigma process is the improvement phase where alternative recommendations are formulated and implemented. The pilot examinations and modules are completed. The possible solutions and failures are also analyzed in the fourth stage. The final step of the process is the control stage. The new operating procedures are developed in the last phase. The advantages, profits, and cost reduction methods are established. Subsequently, the project is closed. Evaluating the performance of the project using metrics is essential.

Tools and Techniques for Quality Management 

The Six Sigma measures that are utilized in efficiency evaluation have quality units such as opportunity, price, the certainty of products and organizational performance. The elementary numbers and computations of the metrics are nor adequate for the success of the firm. The company can succeed after the parameters are applied in the right manner, and the challenges are solved using creative methods. The companies that implement the Six Sigma method construct unit evaluation processes that are in line with their primary systems and CTQ (critical-to-quality) framework.

In conclusion, the Six Sigma process is essential in the sustaining continuous growth and developing the quality of products. The method is appropriate for the bottle processing company that has sustained growth.

It has become essential for the bottle processing firm to focus on increasing the production and meeting the customer preferences due to the increase in the manufacturing levels. The company has planned to incorporate the Six Sigma system to achieve their new goals.

The company will focus on mitigating the quality concerns and maximizing the available resources as a result of establishing other goals. This will raise the margins in the company leading to increased dividends among the shareholders and staff.

I request that the employees exercise maximum co-operation and support the team during the incorporation of the Six Sigma process to facilitate the changes. The bottle processing company will make sure that the staff receives training and education on the implementation of the new system.

The successful application of the process will make transformations in the operations of the company. It will enhance efficiency due to the elimination of wastes and invaluable added systems.
