How will you apply what you learned this week from chapter readings & supplemental readings (see attachment) to communicate strategically?
The first step that I will plan to use in communicating strategically will be the preparation step. The technique that I would incorporate in communicating is by inventing the content that I intend to convey to my audience (Wallwork, 2014). The method will enable me to polish the points as it will eliminate any form of vulnerabilities that may hinder me from delivering a perfect presentation. The technique will allow me to develop confidence when communicating my ideas to my perceived audience as I would have a broad knowledge of the content and concept that is to be discussed to my audience. The other strategy that I would apply is engaging my audience to ensure that my attendance with the aim of catching the concentration and making the presentation more interesting to the audience (Hew, 2016). The concept can be applied by regularly asking questions of the audience and allowing the audience to offer their feedback about my presentation.

How will you apply what you learn this week to improve your professional presence?
The most suitable technique to incorporate is to enhance my professional presence is by frequently practising to sharpen my presentation skills (Brink and Costigan, 2015). The other thing is by frequently attending other presentations to learn something from their presentations. Utilizing positive visualisation will help to improve on my confidence level.
Any obstacles you ran into this week, and how you overcome this?
One of the obstacles that I faced recently is that some of the members of the audience leaving the hall while presenting my presentation. The form of obstruction diminished my confidence as it made me feel that my presentation was boring. The most suitable way of dealing with this vice is by ignoring them and concentrating on the other members of the audience (Foulkes, 2015). The other obstacle that I encountered is running out of words to communicate. The most suitable technique of dealing with this issues is by dividing the points that are to be delivered and ensuring that each point has been illustrated during the presentation.
