Innovation can be complex. It usually involves large-scale and highly complex organizational change (Alsher, 2017). For an organization to become innovative, it must change from its current situation into a new situation. However, not all kinds of change must involve innovation. Innovation is the reason behind most company’s’ success but such organizations still face challenges in innovation implementation. For such organizations to thrive in innovation, they have to provide the required skills to employees, implement innovation in cost-effective manner, manage all aspects of implementations and provide the required resources for implementation of new innovation. This means that for an organization to implement innovation, it must undergo certain forms of change.
