Purpose of the communication
In the perception of self, I have a firm belief that an individual will be tasked with the responsibility of creation sole purpose of the communication. The use of the communication will provide an approach in which an individual will be able to determine the main topic of the discussion with the Director of Operations. The strategy will ensure that the discussion that will be held will extensively deal with persuading the individual that I am the most suitable person for the position of Talent Manager. The discussion that will be carried will broadly revolve around the position of Talent Manager.
My Goal
In analyzing the goal section, I tend to believe that this would be the most challenging part. The goal will guide the operations of the department that will oversee the activities of the department of Talent Search. However, I strongly support the response to the development of the stronger talent bench will play a significant role in the organization.

Audience
The audience must incorporate all internal stakeholders to ensure that my audience is in line with the goals of the position of the Talent development position. The audience that I will approach should have a direct impact on the operations of the status of Talent Manager to enhance future success.
Key message
In the perception of self, the key message will guide my operations to the success of the organization. Furthermore, the stakeholders how will be involved in the operations of the department will be required to have details of the essential message of my department (Walker, 2014). Strategies such as training and identifying talent in employees will play a significant role in my overall duties.
Supporting Points
In assessing the strong points, the Human Resources Department needs to be staffed up to enhance effectiveness in the operations of the organization (Yeomans and FitzPatrick, 2017). However, I strongly support that lack of adequate staffs will diminish the activities of my department and my role as a Talent Manager.
Channel Selection
The dinner lace will not be a convenient place for communicating my goals and roles. The most suitable channel, I tend to believe in the office as it will create a proper ambiance in convincing my audience.
