The front desk assistant needs to have outstanding qualities and social skills that will keep the clients satisfied. The assistant needs to be social, excellent communication skills and etiquette and be able to handle people of different personalities and statuses. The first place I will recruit for the customer service desk is at a shopping center. The customer assistants at the shopping centers interact with millions of people on a daily basis. Here, I will be able to find talented customer assistants who will be fit for the position. The second place would be at a job fair. Here, many types of employees are brought out, and I would be able to find outstanding customer service assistants. The third place is the unemployment offices. I will be able to find energetic young youths who are willing to work. They have the right attitude towards work, and they would fit the position. The fourth place is banks customer services. The customer assistants at a bank have good experience and skills that are best for the customer service desk. The fifth place is a staffing company. Here I will find different types of experienced employees who have the right talent and attitude towards the vacancy. In these five places, I will be able to find employees with the right expertise, experience, and skills for the front customer service desk. 

For the production line employees, I will be looking for an employee who has experience with production, accurate work, and able to deliver quality work consistently. The first place I would go is a retail store. Here, I will get an employee who is experienced and able to do routine work consistently. The other place is a local manufacturing company. Here I will get experienced production line workers who are fit for the position. The third place is a shopping mall, where I will get experienced employees who are focused and have the right mindset. The fourth place will be a local job fair, where I will get employees who reside in the local area and are not relocating soon. The fifth place will be a community center where I will get referrals from people in the community and the leaders. These five places, I will be able to find employees with the right attitude, mindset, experience, and skills to work in a production line.
