After the 25 minutes exercise, I was relaxed and feeling normal again.

The workout keeps the brain engaged and the only thing in the mind is how tired one is. Also, the workout is full of fun, especially the punching part that made me laugh. The instructor made me feel that we were in this together, thereby motivating me. By the end, I was sweating and the only thing in my mind was taking a shower. The workout was simply amazing and it improved my mood.
I will try the exercise again. It is amazing and will enable me to realize my fitness goals. Also, I have always needed some kickboxing workout because its intensity. It leaves my body dripping with sweat. The workout will help me to pick up my lost workout routine.
