As an emergency medical services leader, my mission will revolve around serving each member within the community through availing a safe and rapid response service to medical emergencies in a timely and professional manner to the injured and the sick. I will focus on enhancing living quality within the community through promoting safety and wellness (Kayden, Anderson, Freitas, & Platz, 2014) . I will target working together with organizational employees offering them service and leadership opportunities that will build their character, boost self-confidence, and ensure that they are adequately prepared for future services within the society (Dominguez, 2015) . To fulfill my mission, I will integrate integrity, accountability, and leadership values while delivering emergency services.
To ensure that my mission statement resonates well with the organizational values, I will devise a means of modeling it for my employees. I will start this by availing opportunities for employee input. The workforce needs to have the ability of making their voices heard and their suggestions and ideas make a difference to organizational operations (Wankhade & Mackway-Jones, 2015) . In this sense, I will ensure to ask the employees to share their feedback and ideas in line with ensuring to deploy the ideas or institute changes based on the feedback. I will ensure to have a strong system for responding as well as receiving suggestions and ideas. For instance, tools, such as the employees’ suggestion box, staff meetings, and employee forums will offer openings for soliciting suggestions and feedback from the workforce. I will also make sure to have an agreed upon means in which organizational executives will offer response (Dominguez, 2015) . Here, it is crucial to keep in mind that after seeking the input of employees, using it is vital, failure to which the workforce would feel discouraged while working in the organization.

An additional means through which I plan modeling my personal mission statement for my employees is through setting clear expectations. The workforce wants and requires understanding what the leader expects from them (Lindsey, 2014) . In my perspective, I will ensure to set clear job descriptions since I believe that they are helpful in making sure that the workforce remains accountable to the duties assigned to them (Kayden, Anderson, Freitas, & Platz, 2014) . I realize that offering continuous feedback and undertaking performance evaluations is of significant importance. I will also make sure to engage in continuous dialogue with the workforce because it offers an opportunity for ongoing guidance, coaching, and praise, which allows the workforce to have detailed understanding of the mission statement and abide to its requirements.
By modelling the personal mission for employee, it would result to improved employee behavior in line with leading to the establishment of culture that emphasizes on quality in an EMS organization. By modelling the mission statement for employees, it will be possible to engage them in such a manner that they will have the capacity of realizing the link that prevails between the work that they undertake as emergency service providers and the organizational mission. For a large number of individuals, work emerges as more satisfying after they have confidence in the tasks that they undertake as well as when their personal values rhyme with the goals and values of the organization in which they work (Wankhade & Mackway-Jones, 2015) . In my case, I will ensure that the mission remains at the forefront of the services that the EMS organization offers. This way, the operational goals and strategies will align with the mission of the institution, which will make it possible for the workforce to realize the link that exists between their daily tasks and the broader organizational goals (Lindsey, 2014) . Their level of satisfaction will improve, which will serve as a key driver toward the realization of a culture that emphasizes on the delivery of quality emergency services to clients.
