The type of job that I selected for the assignment is Human Resources. I located three job postings from the internet, which I most likely want to have in my post-college career. It is something that that I could do immediately after graduation and did not necessarily need to be within the US. Every company has its own unique culture. It includes the habits, systems, values, working language, ideas, and norms of groups of people working together. A suitable human resource worker manages and develops the culture of their companies. They engage in the developments and training of the new employees, maintain the payroll and benefits. Various concepts from different modules taught in the courses would be beneficial for a human resource to work better. In module six, the selected concept is the roles of motivations and the ability of optimal listening. In modules 4, the chosen concept is team, while in modules 6, the concept chosen for discussion is motivation and the ability to optimal listening.

Responsibilities and Duties of Human Resources

They are in charge of the socialist while they do their works; they consult the executive on planning for the company and link its management with the workers. The HR specialists concentrate on one area, including training or recruiting. The HR generalists handle various regions and different tasks simultaneously. The HR career has various options, which include either becoming a specialist or a generalist. Luckily, a person's skills in every capacity overlap, and then a person can help either move from one aspect of HR to another until they find the place they can fit comfortably. It is essential to consider every possibility. Entering the field with either a bachelor's degree gives a person's more access to various options, including working in the department of human relations, in labor relations or benefit or compensations analysts, or in training and developments.

Functional Perspective of Decision Making

The decision-making for human resources involves finding effective ways to invest in people. Motivations and Ability to Optimal Listening

In Human resources, motivations are considered the internal and internal factors for stimulating the energy and desires in people to be constantly be committed and interested in a subject, role, or job, or effort to attain the goal. One scholar stated that motivations s the willingness to exert more significant efforts towards attainments of the organization's goals. When the workers feel that they belong to a company, they shall improve their output. The workers who are motivated are more productive as it helps the organization to survive better. The process of motivation by the human resource helps find actions to attain goals. It creates the desires and the need to obtain and achieve something. The plans are made based on the wants and desires, and actions are done based on the goals to help attain them. When the goals are not achieved, the same steps are most likely to be repeated. Nonetheless, effective communication does not just involve effective speaking. Effective listening is vital for those who want to be in managerial positions to organize and motivate the workers; they should be good at understanding them. Some people say that they do not have to understand the theme as they only need to do their jobs. When this is the type of boss a person wants to be, then they should be well prepared to fail in leading people.

HR uses team works in the organizations to increase efficiency and productivity. By encouraging teams within the company, the HR manager can effectively allow efficiency and productivity. It means that HR wore are likely to work faster to finishes the more significant projects that may take weeks in just a few days. It shall enable the worker to work effectively when under immense pressure or be reduced from a worker. Additionally, the worker may be stuck in specific areas of an activity or task at hand despite the company HR management teams encouraging teamwork. The employees might seek advice from other people, making the worker finish their jobs efficiently and timely.
