Looking at Dr. Jenner's recommendations, I do not support the employment of HPV vaccination to grade 6 girls. First, the government should present thorough information to the citizens and create a rapport for an agreement before passing the policy for implementation. Additionally, the vaccine was recommended for use just after six months of examination. The study is too short to determine the effects of the drug on the human body. Besides, as many believe, society should emphasize abstinence more than safe sex. Vaccinating young girls with the HPV vaccine amounts to giving them the green light to start having sex, yet the vaccine does not protect against other sexually transmitted diseases. Finally, the government should not assume the parent's rights in guiding their children on their lifestyle. Therefore, whether to vaccinate the girls or not should be left to parents and should not be made a mandatory requirement in school.

The HPV vaccination administration in schools is hit with several barriers before its implementation. First, it is difficult for administrators to convince the victims that the vaccine is not an indicator of engaging in sexual activities ( Gallagher, LaMontagne & Watson-Jones, 2018) . Additionally, the vaccine is hit with cultural, religious, and moral beliefs citing it as unnecessary for society. Besides, the vaccine is unsafe, regarding its shallow routinization of consequences on victims. Again, the cost of the vaccine is high, so that few people can afford it.

To curb these barriers, the government should engage parents, agree on administering the vaccine, and counsel the girls on sexual matters. Again, the vaccine must be tested for enough time, and its safety approved. Finally, government sponsorship, subsidy, and insurance should be implemented to facilitate the vaccine's equal affordability.
