After graduating, I anticipate to become a human resource manager in one of the renowned organizations in the nation. My main motivating factor is my proficiency in attracting, encouraging, and retaining qualified workers through the performance of appraisal. Specialization and division of labor are also other vital factors that make me believe that I can skillfully manage the human resource manager position. I think that all workers should be assigned jobs that they can best perform. A research done by Noe, Hollenbeck, Gerhart, & Wright ( 2017) indicates that human resource manager accomplishes any aim in an organization by directing the administrative practices of all the human resource departments. Their job entails overseeing workers relations, protecting regulatory compliance, and managing employee-related services like payroll, training, and benefits (Noe et al., 2017). They administer the department’s experts, support workers, and ensure that all chores are done on time and accurately, and I believe I have all the qualifications. 

It is a requisite for the human resource managers to consult with the top executives on strategic planning and talent management concerns. They recognize the approaches to maximize the value of the company’s workers and ensure that workers perform as efficiently as possible. For instance, the top executives can assess the employee’s productivity and advocate for changes to the enterprise’s structure and assist it in meeting the budgetary roles (Noe et al., 2017). All these are some of the topics that we have, and I believe that they will assist me in carrying out all the human resource management approaches. It is, therefore, critical to consult the top executives since they have experience in understanding all the concepts that an organization require to run. Also, they have more expertise than me, and they can help with the advice necessary for the operations of the company.

Reformation in any enterprise as illustrated by principles from Wolters book, “Creation Regained” are critical in the human resource management. He states that everything is creational, and every aspect that people face in a natural life were the orders created by God (Eerdmans, 2007). The same rule can be created in human resource management through proper planning and collaboration of workers led by a skillful human resource manager. Wolters indicates how God has withdrawn the work of his creation on earth and left the image that human beings can use for development. Thus it is a clear illustration that human beings have the mandate to develop through strategic leadership. Human resource management is a significant sector that requires such a form of continuity and the consent to continue through proper management of an organization. 

Wolters states that humanity is a representation of God, and they continue with the work that God left on earth. The responsibility of human beings is the development of civilization and anything that entails positive changes in society. Therefore, social order has to be build up and protracted by God’s people in the political, economic, or social order. All these are the features of the progress that God believed that human beings should have to propagate and develop (Eerdmans, 2007). Through human resource management, therefore, it can be easy to enhance the development of others by ensuring that they acquire all the managerial skills in their different departments and carry out all their undertakings adeptly. As such, they also enhance their personal development and the development of the organization. 

Human resource managers require strong Biblical understanding and faith to carry their duties proficiently. In the contemporary world, there is a prevalence of corruption and malpractices in different institutions. People recruit workers if they know them or they have family ties that bring them together. Such malpractice cannot enhance development in an enterprise. The human resource manager is required to shortlist the applicants and interview them using different selection strategies such as psychometric testing and interviewing (Noe et al., 2017). Without strong faith in God, a human resource manager can choose a person who does not meet the qualifications. As Wolters state, “…there is an unfolding of creation. This takes place through the task that people have been given of bringing to fruition the possibilities of development implicit in the work of God’s hands” (Eerdmans, 2007). As such, with the required skills and my belief for God can enhance me to become a proficient human resource manager in an organization after graduation. 

Human beings are called to participate in the ongoing creation of the work of God. People are Gods helper, and He uses leaders to execute their skills to other people. Wolters wants human begs to understand that people enhance the continuity of God’s creation, and they have to play the required responsibility in ensuring that there is positive continuity (Eerdmans, 2007). Such entails interpreting and advising on job legislation, develop and execute guidelines of an assortment of workplace concerns such as disciplinary process, equal opportunities, and performance management (Noe et al., 2017). They are the qualities that I believe I have, and that is the reason why I think that being a human resource manager in an organization can an ideal for me since I possess all the characteristics needed. 

The human resource manager analyses the training needs and collaborates them with the managers in planning and delivering training necessary for the success of the enterprise. As such, one has to incorporate the Biblical view and think on how to make an enterprise develop better than before. Wolters states that redemption is excellent since it embraces creation as a whole and ensures that human beings do as it is required. Human resource management requires a disciplined individual that fears the lord and ensures that all the objectives of the organization are achieved within the stipulated period (Noe et al., 2017). I believe that I have all the qualifications to become a human resource manager. In the past, I have led in different departments in our institution, and that gives me the motivation to believe that I can lead others in a manner that it can be easy to achieve all the set objectives. 

It is the responsibility of human beings to seek the kingdom of God rightfully. Wolters reminds Christians that the foundation of truths have been lost in the society where people participate in ordeals that do not align with the requirements of God. Being a Christian is more than attending churches and restraining oneself from some practices. It entails the practical implementation of the things that God wants human beings to do (Eerdmans, 2007). For instance, in the human resource management, one is required to do things according to the Bible, and not talking about the vices that should not be practiced and practicing the same things in an organization. For instance, in human resource management, a person can either recruit or sack some workers (Noe et al., 2017). He or she has to do it without fear and favor. I believe that I have the same qualities, and running an organization can be natural and attainable. 

In general, after graduating, I believe that I can be a proficient human resource manager. Learning social resource management topic and participating in different leadership activities in the society has made me think that I have the qualities required for sustainable human resource management. As Wolters state, the Bible is the foundation of every aspect in life since it teaches positive practices that human beings need to implement in their daily activities. Reformation of an organization can be achieved through proper management and collaboration with the workers. It is a strategy that creates a platform for strategic operations of an enterprise. Therefore, I believe that after graduating, I will get that job and operating will be easy since God will guide me.
