While working at Amazon, just like any other organization, I meet different colleagues at the workplace. These people have different behaviors, ways of approaching different situations, and generally different views on various problems. Dynamism among employees is typical in any organization, and if it is well appreciated, then the goals of any organization will be met.

The desire for involvement is one of the critical aspects of human organizational behavior. In any organization, employees' willingness to get involved in an organization significantly determines their success. (Vandeveer & Menefee, 2010) In my current workplace, there is one employee who had a shallow desire for involvement. He believes that he is there to earn rather than serve the organization and deliver his best. Most of the time, he is on his phone. As a result, the relationship between him and other employees has deteriorated as he cannot meet deadlines and always burdens the rest of the employees.

The personalities of people are dynamic and, therefore, greatly determines the success of an organization. For example, introverts are likely to have poor communication skills with others and very little communication. On the other hand, extroverts are outgoing and social and therefore interact well with others and the customers. (Vandveer & Menefee, 2010) An organization with individuals of an extrovert personality is likely to succeed than that that has introverts. Introverts, however, tend to have considerable problem-solving skills as they are not vocal as such and are likely to come down during arguments. Where I work, a lady at the customer care desk is very social and always welcomes customers. Being social attracts many individuals to seek service from the organization.

Dynamism is the ability of people in an organization also to determine the success of an organization. Physical ability means individuals can competently handle activities that require physical energy such as lifting or repairing. Mental capacity refers to an individuals' ability to think critically and handle situations that require intellect. Both the two commands are key as an organization needs a workforce to run and intellectual capability to grow. If an organization lacks either, then the activities are impaired. (iEdunote, 2020) At Amazon, different workers are employed with the two abilities to help the organization grow.

In conclusion, employers meet different employees with dynamic behaviors. The dynamism of these behaviors determines the success and well-being of an organization. The desire for involvement, personalities as well ability of the people all contribute to the day to day running of an organization.
