Support strategies play a very critical role in creating the “context” for strategy implementation in healthcare organizations. In Emory health care, the value-adding strategies are vital in implementation strategies that accomplish market entry, adaptive, directional as well as competitive strategies. The support strategies are also crucial in facilitating the completion of service delivery strategies (Speziale, 2015). Emory healthcare is one of the organizations providing care in a multi-focus delivery system. The system is very significant in providing technologically advanced health care, especially considering the organization’s recently adopted nuclear medicine as well as nanotechnology. Apart from inpatient care, Emory health care also provides ambulatory care, emergency care, as well as home health services. The organization established strategic goals to improve its financial position. The most effective approach for the realization of the growth was the market as well as product development and adding support strategies was key to strategy implementation.
