They create turbulence over the internet through spreading harmful viruses and orchestrating massive online theft. It is without a doubt that such individuals are extremely skilled and would have served the society better in other ways. For example, they would have created useful software but instead, they engage in malevolence. The point here is that individuals with an array of skills yet lacking the moral fiber to guide them are a threat to the society. This is the reason why many companies spend a considerable deal of money and time to have an in-depth perception of an applicant's character before recruitment.

Thereby there needs to be an education system that positively contributes to a person’s character and not just professionally. Children are more willing to accept ideologies, beliefs, and social concepts. Also in accord is that children have low intellect meaning that most of them would not be able to grasp what is required to perform most occupations. Thus during the initial stages of the education process students need be taught values; the how, what and why of their actions, standards that will have an eternal impact on them and most importantly ideas to change their way of thinking.
Moreover, it would be imprudent to develop an individual possessing the highest ethical standards yet lacking the professional expertise required in their line of work. To use an example, a doctor would perform poorly if he/she relied only on institutional knowledge to carry out their functions. This would lead to dissatisfaction among patients which I understand may be a detriment to recovery. Furthermore, a doctor would not be able to perform surgery and diagnose terminal diseases had he/she only been taught ideas, standards, and values.
It is no brainer that professionalism is attained through complex learning and persistent training. Accordingly, the education process needs to touch on this effectively. This implies that, as individuals grow not in stature but mental maturity their education should be specialized to their occupations. For example, it is redundant to teach future lawyers how to construct vehicle engines and conversely engineers the vice versa. Therefore, by the time pupils reach the tertiary level of education they should be well adept in morality and ethics
In a nutshell, a highly proficient individual with no morality is dangerous to the society whereas a person with high morality and little skills is seemingly useless. As such the education system needs to encompass both the two fields of learning. It is only to that extent that a reputable society will develop lighted by knowledge.
