What is the purpose of the documentary?
The main purpose of the documentary is to condemn racial discrimination of the Indo-Fijian community in Fiji. There has been discrimination of the community for over a century now, whereby they are not even allowed to own any piece of land in Fiji, even though they cultivated and transformed it (Rai, 2012) . The film condemns the act of natives taking lands that used to belong to the Indo-Fijian farmers.

It is possible that someone can view this documentary and the stories as just other countries where there must be a rich society and a poverty-stricken and slow society where there are poor living conditions due to the fact that they are interior, therefore not relating it to neglect or racism.

Interviews. The filmmaker engages the victims of the eviction in one on one interviews, therefore, bringing fast hand information.
Host. The storyteller is the host of the film. He takes the audience through a number of things that have happened to the community then brings in a video of the same, where he continues to explain what is in the video.
Personal point of view . The storyteller gives his own view and ideas on the eviction and oppression situations.
How receiving information is different from receiving information from a published article
Watching a film brings a point clearly as the viewer can easily relate to the situation and story, hence leading to better understanding of the concept. When reading a article boredom can lead to lack of concentration and therefore nothing gets understood.
