Population of Interest for the Study  COPD patients were involved in the study; this included patients who had informal caregivers and COPD patients with access to formal caregivers.  Emergency department nurses who are prone to attack from the patients.  The adolescent high school students aged between 15 and 18 years living in coastal areas.

Sampling Method  A randomized controlled trial method was used where patients were allocated to usual hospital care, or hospital-at-home care.  Qualitative data collection method was used to explore the perception of the nurses concerning attack by patients in emergency department. Self-administered questionnaires were used in the study  Crossectional approach method was used to collect data from the sample population.
