In organization, discrimination is done on workers based on their skin colour and also level of education. One of the main reason that causes discrimination is differences in races. It is easy to evident in the Hollywood movies. The black people always fight with the white people from Hollywood movies. The white would a times act movies in the absence of the blacks. They exclude them on the fact that they are blacks. Discrimination here is displayed as it is based on the skin colour. The blacks are denied opportunities of being involved in acting with the white because of their skin colour. This is an immoral act in an organisation .
