There has been a challenge at the BurgerBarn® fast food chains across the United States of America, and its concern has been felt in the management of the company in the country. The memo has been written to elaborate on the challenge BurgerBarn® and give sound solutions to the issue. The condiments at the BurgerBarn® restaurants across the United States of America have been continuously taken advantage of by the customers and especially the dine-In customers at the fast food joints. The issue has posed an ethical dilemma at the restaurants. On one side of the story, the allowance of the customers to use the number of condiments they may like has been interpreted as an excellent customer service act meant to maintain the customers. On the other side of the spectrum, the customers are not doing right regarding their misuse of the condiments and taking them out of the BurgerBarn® restaurants. Overall, the issue of the rapid usage of the condiments in the BurgerBarn® has been a challenge in all the restaurants across the United States of America. 

After a change is made to the current method of giving the condiments without limits to the customers, various outcomes will be expected. First and foremost, the profitability of the restaurants will be guaranteed, as the issue of misuse of the condiments will have been solved. The other outcome is that the employees will have increased work as they issue the condiments to the various customers at the fast food joints belonging to the BurgerBarn® countrywide since the items will be under their care, and they will continuously coordinate the dispensing of the condiments to the customers. That will mean that the employees will have to be compensated for the extra work they will be having once the solution is implemented. The other outcome is that the customers will continuously complain that the customer service at the BurgerBarn® fast food restaurants across America is deteriorating. Their complaints will need to be handled wisely to retain them and attract more customers to the fast food restaurants.

The solution to the issue of misuse of the condiments by the customers will be the installation of the dispenser systems to ensure that the customers to the joints have access to the condiments. The members of the regional managers’ committee agreed on the dispenser system as an effective means of reducing the financial implications of the challenge that has recently been widespread in the BurgerBarn® restaurants across the United States of America. The dispenser system will have a specific amount of the given condiment being dispensed at a go and therefore will be an essential tool in the company’s quest of saving the massive amounts of money used on the condiments. The dispenser system will also reduce the instances of the customers at the BurgerBarn® restaurants carrying the condiments out of the restaurants, which has been costing the restaurants vast amounts of money. 

The installation of the dispenser system for condiments at the BurgerBarn® restaurants will be associated with some risks, as observed by the regional managers' team at the fast-food chain. The first risk will be the financial instability that may immediately follow the implementation of the plan at the restaurants. That is because the restaurants will have used substantial amounts of money to implement the condiments dispenser systems fully. The other risk that the installation of the dispenser systems may bring about is the dissatisfaction of the customers and their movement to the national competitors to BurgerBarn® in the fast food industry. That may lead to some concerns in the management of BurgerBarn® since the company will financially perform poorly. The solutions to the threats will be as follows. The company will install the dispenser systems at different times in the restaurants to avoid the costs being heaped on the financial category of BurgerBarn® at once. Also, the customer service will be improved in the other spheres to ensure that the customers of the BurgerBarn® restaurants across America are happy and satisfied. 

Due to the advantages of the installation of the dispenser system concerning maintaining and improving the economic performance of the BurgerBarn® fast food chain in the United States of America, the regional managers’ team would like to request the restaurant managers to plan for the implementation of the dispenser systems. That will lead to the avoidance of wastage of the condiments in the BurgerBarn® restaurants across the United States of America.

I trust this email finds you well. There has been an ongoing challenge regarding the current method of distribution of the condiments at the restaurant of late. The customers are increasingly taking advantage of the condiments that are limitlessly offered at the BurgerBarn® joints across the United States of America. The issue has escalated, and its implications have reached the top management at the BurgerBarn® fast food chains across the United States of America. The regional managers' team has reviewed the issue and analyzed it in an attempt to come up with the various solutions that can solve the menace that the restaurants are facing. The goals of the email are as follows. The first and most important of all is to inform the employees of the happenings at BurgerBarn® fast food joints. The second goal is to appreciate the high function of the employees in communicating the mission, vision, and plans of the BurgerBarn® restaurants to the customers. 

There are some outcomes expected after the change in the distribution of the condiments to the customers. The first anticipated outcome is that the BurgerBarn® restaurants will save a substantial amount of money, which would be used in the other projects that are owned and run by BurgerBarn® fast food chains countrywide. The other anticipated outcomes will be that the customers may be dissatisfied with the change. Since the employees of BurgerBarn® have the provision of the efficient customer service as one of their core values, they will be expected to do the following to maintain the customer base and expand it. 

The employees will receive orders from the management of BurgerBarn® and act according to them. 

The employees will communicate the changes to the customers at the various joints of the BurgerBarn® fast food chains across the United States of America. 

The employees will serve the customers diligently and ensure they have access to the condiments once they buy their food. 

The solution that has been put across to address the challenge of the misuse of the condiments is the installation of the dispenser systems to distribute the condiments to the customers who may require them, and most precisely the dine-in customers at the BurgerBarn® restaurants. The solution will be advantageous in some ways. Firstly, the implementation of the dispensers plan will bring to an end the losses incurred by the BurgerBarn® restaurants owing to the massive amounts of condiments that the various consumers have reportedly sneaked out from the fast food joints. The solution will also ensure that the condiments are long lasting and distributed evenly to the customers who come to the BurgerBarn® restaurants across the United States. This is because the dispensers will only give out a specified amount of a given condiment to the customers at any particular time. 

There may be risks associated with the implementation of the dispenser systems at the BurgerBarn® to solve the challenge of the misuse and overuse of the condiments. One of the risks may be the dissatisfaction and the migration of the customers to the competitors of BurgerBarn® in the various areas of the United States of America. To solve that, the employees will be required to provide alternative customer service improvements that will substitute the challenge at hand. The other risk may be the overworking of the employees due to the management of the condiments. The management teams at BurgerBarn® are working round the clock to come up with a just payment structure which will adequately compensate the employees for working extra. The other risk may be the incurrence of losses on the BurgerBarn® fast food chain in the United States of America due to the burden caused by the integration of the condiments dispenser systems into the restaurants. The chief financial officer at BurgerBarn® and their team is working on the issue to schedule an implementation approach that will concentrate on one restaurant joint at a time.

According to the chief financial officer's report sent earlier to the regional management team of BurgerBarn®, it is clear that the fast food restaurant chain is facing some problems as far as condiments offered in the restaurants are concerned. The financial advice columnist in the newspaper talked of the consumers carrying the condiments for use at their homes. Although the point was disputed, the restaurant is facing a similar problem. The customers visiting it are taking the additives home to use them. Moreover, the consumers who eat from the BurgerBarn® restaurant tend to overuse the condiments than those who buy food for purposes of eating out from the premise. The restaurant has been spending more money on the dine-in customers since they take as many condiments as they wish. The drive through customers can only get a maximum of two packages of condiments through the window and are often asked whether they need ketchup as a condiment or not. The financial analysts of BurgerBarn® have identified that the unlimited usage of the condiments by the dine-in customers, along with the fast foods they have ordered such as salads, fries, and burgers, among others. That has a financial implication to BurgerBarn® in its customer service operations, particularly the dine-in customers. The regional management team has identified the problem and analyzed it. 

The change of the current method of administering the condiments is expected to raise the profitability of BurgerBarn® in its business of selling fast foods to its national customers. The first way that the change will boost the profitability Is by equalizing the number of condiments that both the dine-in and the drive-through customers get at the restaurants belonging to the BurgerBarn® fast food chain. The other way is by limiting the number of condiments that the dine-in customers take at the BurgerBarn® fast food chains. Reportedly, the dine-in customers have been taking advantage of the unlimited amount of condiments that the restaurants under the BurgerBarn® fast food chains are offering them. The other expected outcome is the tendency of the customers, and especially those who dine in the restaurant, to be dissatisfied by the move to change the scenario. The customers might complain that the BurgerBarn® fast food chains are derailing their customer service efforts and even threaten to stop eating at the restaurants. The employees at the BurgerBarn® fast food chains are expected to have their work increasing due to the customers' requests to have a little more of the condiments to their fries, burgers, and salads bought at BurgerBarn®. There have to be efforts to increase the compensation of the employees. 

The regional managers' teams at BurgerBarn® fast-food chains have come up with the recommendations to mitigate the effects of the problem and to finally eradicate it after analyzing the current dilemma facing the fast food chain regarding the misuse of the condiments. The solutions found are expected to smoothen the operations and bring about the change in the restaurants' way of doing things as far are the administration of the condiments to the dine-in customers is concerned. The BurgerBarn® fast food chain needs to have the dispenser system for condiments in the various restaurants across the United States of America. The dispenser system will be set to release a particular amount of a specified condiment, be it ketchup, mayonnaise, or relish. The dispenser system in the BurgerBarn® restaurants across the country will, therefore, limit the dine-in customers from taking advantage of the limitless presence of the condiments in the restaurants. The dispenser system will also replace the individual wrappings that the condiments presently have. The current wrappings can easily encourage excessive use and theft by some of the customers to BurgerBarn® restaurants across the country. That will reduce the theft of the condiments by the dine-in customers. The dispenser system will also ensure that the workers of BurgerBarn® fast food chains are aware when the condiments are depleted in the dispenser. The solution will ensure that the profitability of the BurgerBarn® fast food chain is maintained. 

The new dispenser system to ensure that the customers at BurgerBarn® fast food chains all over the United States of America access condiments will also have its risks. The first risk to the business is that the dispenser systems will be expensive to install in the restaurants belonging to the BurgerBarn® fast food chains. This risk may not pose any serious problems to BurgerBarn® since the fast food chains will plan their resources to ensure a successful implementation of the dispensers. The other risk is that the new policy might make the BurgerBarn® fast food chains start losing customers to its competitors in the various parts of the United States of America. The risk might substantially affect the business operations at BurgerBarn® fast food chains countrywide. For the high costs of implementing the condiments dispenser systems in the BurgerBarn® restaurants countrywide, the fast-food chain will require investing in the loans and other channels of raising the capital needed for the successful implementation of the systems. For the probability of the loss of customers to the competitors of the BurgerBarn® fast food chains across the United States of America, the company may opt to invest in alternative ways of customer service that will appeal to its existing customer base and even attract new customers to the restaurants. 

In as much as the regional managers' team at BurgerBarn® fast food chains identified, the problem and came up with the long lasting solution to it, the plan cannot go through without the approval of the finance department in the company, which is presided over by the chief financial officer. Therefore, on behalf of the regional managers' team of the fast-food chain, BurgerBarn®, wish to ask for your approval in the installation of the condiments dispenser systems in the company's restaurants across the united states of America. Summarily, the dispensing system will save BurgerBarn® a substantial amount of money which could be used in the other projects in the company. Some of the ways the plan will save BurgerBarn® cash is through the discouragement of the dine-in customers from taking advantage of the free provisions of unlimited condiments along with the purchased fast foods. The dispenser system will also discourage the customers from carrying the condiments from the BurgerBarn® restaurant across the country, which has been reported to cause a decline in the sales and profits of the company.
