Being in the IT department's leadership position helped me cultivate reliability and expressive communication when having one-on-one conversations and giving speeches o an audience. I have come to appreciate tuning in my ears to listen to people and what they have to say to evaluate how to engage them fully. As a result, I am accustomed to opening myself up to people and respond to them with pertinent thoughtful answers and advice. I believe that people should express themselves with confidence and clarity to infuse their communication with topics they are passionate about through information and experience that prove they can become important people in that area. Since no human is limited, I mentor young upcoming professionals to ensure I work with empowered people who feel they are leaders already. I surround myself with leaders who are willing to go against the norm to solve existing problems in management through technology. As a result, I have formed a strong management niche that provides managerial solutions in organizations.

Dealing with managing online products has helped me develop my skills in strategy simulations and data-driven approaches. The strategies have propelled me to leadership positions, and I have constantly updated my skills and those of my team to improve. I focus on skill-building because technology evolves every day, allowing me to undergo training and mentor others to differentiate myself and the team from others. I assist my team in overcoming their weaknesses and building on their strengths to adapt to new developments through innovation constantly. The management position has put me in touch with the love to learn and the desire to mentor others to bring them up too. As Bastianelli (2017) says, my professional life speaks for itself. As a result, our technology department has become a better problem solver in the online market environment, leading to consistent growth.

My goal is to reach hiring managers and recruiters seeking to grow their teams while incorporating professional technologies to improve their performance. My personal experience, skills, and knowledge have helped me develop a winning team, and I would like other managers to develop such teams. Since recruitment and training is a process that requires expertise, I want to guide them on using ordinary measures that most recruiters and managers assume in an extraordinary way.

My leadership skills ensure that I leave a mark wherever I work, and I ensure I build a team that reflects my values and those who believe in them, as Smith (2018) explains. I am a decisive leader who makes decisions quickly to work with available information and tools in problem-solving. As a result, I have gained a reputation for improving projects faster and efficiently. I drive the teams I am working with to cultivate for the same to ensure uniformity and growth. Effective decisiveness calls for teamwork, research, evaluation, and goal setting. The quality has helped me become in-charge of mentorship programs in organizations I work with. I uphold high levels of integrity to socialize the same to my team. As a result, my teams uphold ethical standards to maintain a positive organizational image. I encourage truthful and fair practice to send a strong and positive example to my teams to improve outcomes. My most profound quality is teambuilding. I strongly believe that for organizations to go for, they have to embrace the power of teamwork. Teams combine knowledge and skills to achieve a common goal. Thus, it is easy for managers to achieve more if they focus on communicating and delegating tasks and responsibilities. However, team building is a process that requires mentorship for collaboration, inter-professional relationships, and effective communication. That is why I have gained a reputation in my organization, and my next destination is to assist managers and recruiting teams in improving their ability to improve their departments and teams.
