Therefore, what needs to be fixed is the issue of burnouts and how employees are handling activities in healthcare organizations. There should be research studies, both qualitative and quantitative research studies to identify what causes burnouts in healthcare organizations and find strategies to mitigate these issues ( Kim, Rose, Ganz, Giannitrapani, Yano, Rubenstein & Stockdale, 2019) . Further, there should be adequate allocation of resources directed towards the healthcare institutions to facilitate on mitigation of burnouts and elimination of medical errors in the institution. Collaborations and support from relevant authorities in the healthcare environment should be implemented to ensure that these issues are addressed in healthcare organizations.

Review of the Literature and Findings

The information from the articles is essential in helping towards understanding the clinical issue. First, data from the research was extracted from materials done using qualitative and mixed research methodology. The first importance of the articles is the discussion about the causes of the clinical issue in healthcare organizations ( Kim et al., 2019) . When addressing a health issue, it is essential to learn about the causes or the root of these problems. It forms an appropriate base towards understanding the issue and developing mechanisms to overcome these issues in healthcare organizations. The articles are also instrumental because they explain the different literature that has been done on the clinical question. Through the elaborations, it educates the audience on what has been done towards solving the problem and the gaps that are still in existence and which need to be addressed so that the clinical issue can be eliminated in the organization.

The research is useful, and it will help in addressing the issue by establishing the roles that the organization, healthcare professionals and stakeholders have to do to collectively work against job burnouts. For example, the articles suggest that monitoring and evaluation should continuously be done in healthcare organizations to identify employees with job burnouts early before they quit the profession. Some strategies are highlighted in the article, which helps in finding mechanisms to address the issue in healthcare organizations and improve efficiency in the workplace environment.

Contribution to Nursing Practice

The research is essential, and it will have considerable contributions to the nursing environment. First, it will educate the top-level managers and leaders in healthcare environment on the impacts of job burnouts not only to employees but also to the organization at large. The management will understand adverse effects, and they will work towards providing better solutions and addressing the issue in the healthcare environment ( Purpora, Cooper, Sharifi & Lieggi, 2019) . The organization, therefore, will have a positive reputation and name that will be in the society. The second contribution to clinical nursing is that it will result in awareness creation and education among healthcare professionals. Employees, as well as the management, will understand what job burnout is and also how to mitigate these issues when they occur in the organization. It has led to an increase in institutional knowledge and awareness among healthcare professionals. The outcome is an increase in critical analysis of the situation, high working morale and increase in productivity in the healthcare organization ( Houser, 2018) . The research is essential in the profession of nursing because it helps in sustainability and improvement of the nursing curriculum in institutions. The future nurses and professionals will have evidence-based practices in handling the issue. Customers will be satisfied because they are receiving better services from healthcare organizations and also that there is a reduction in medical errors.

Conclusion

Health care organizations need to operate effectively to meet the objectives and satisfy consumers. However, there are healthcare issues that limit the effective operation of professionals in the organization. An example includes employee burnout. It affects the morale and productivity of professionals in the organization. Conducting research is valuable because it will help in finding the root cause of the problem and develop strategies that will eliminate job burnouts in a healthcare organization. These solutions help in improving clinical practice because there is an elimination of medical errors and improvement in patient satisfaction.
