Given a chance to get a job interview, one of the expected interview questions would require re require me to tell the interviewers about myself. In responding to this particular question, I would consider it an opportunity to describe my strengths, qualifications, capabilities, and skills for the advertised position or role. Besides, I would respond to this particular interview question by highlighting my key selling points as well as explaining to the interviewers about my approach in achieving desirable results in my expected role. The other expected interview question would enquire about my knowledge about the organization or the company in which I expect to work. In responding to this question, I need to have conducted in-depth research about vision, mission, objective, and activities of the company, among other details ( Cronson, 2017). Other than providing such information to the interviewers about the company, I would try to enumerate some of the things that it has previously done as well as my interest in the operations of activities of the company. Another way of responding to this question would entail mentioning and possibly explaining the recent or on-going projects in which the company is involved.

Reasons for wanting to work in a given position, role, or company may form another expected interview question. I would approach the response given to this particular question by explaining to the interviewers concerning my interests and passion in connection to the desired role. In this regard, my focus would entail enumerating and elaborating reasons why I am interested in working for the company and offering my professional services in a given role or capacity. For example, this would be a crucial opportunity for me to inform the interviewers about my interest in the culture and operations of the company in various areas. I would also identify ad explain to the interviewers about some of the company’s projects or achievements in which I have greater interests ( Masteralexis, Barr & Hums, 2018).

The other expected question would concern the things that I would bring to the role being applied for once I am given an opportunity. In responding to this question, it would be vital for me to put more emphasis on selling and elaborating on some of my qualifications and skills that are aligned to that particular position. In this respect, I would be tasked with the responsibility of trying to convince the interviewing panel that my hiring to this particular position would result in a positive impact on the operations of the company. I would also be expected to talk about the relevance of my skills and the various ways through which they are likely to bring improvement and contribute to the main objective of the organization or company (Cronson, 2017). Whether or not I have previously acquired any professional experience or skills in a similar role, my response to this particular question would majorly highlight the skills I obtained in the course of my studies, training, or internship.

I would also go to the extent of providing and explaining some of the instances when I utilized my skills and knowledge in transforming my previous positions. Another question that may come up during the interview would be asking about my major strength. In this case, I would respond by addressing my biggest strength that has more relevance to the position role I am expected to play in this particular company or organization (Masteralexis, Barr & Hums, 2018). Besides, I would be clearer and more specific while responding to this question. In summing up it is worth mentioning that all the responses that would be given to the expected interview questions would need to be concise, accurate, and within the frame of time provided.
