Yuan-Kimberly crisis that involved the recall of almost ten brands of baby wipes started online and was solved online. If the parents in the US objected to similar problems, crisis communication would spread the word inline to different firms, parents, customers, and other people and ask them to inform others on the unsafe baby products in the market (Han-soo, 2017). To be able to get the information out to all clients, the people would use online platforms such as Face book, Twitter and other social media platforms that most clients frequent. They may also locate potential clients from the organizational data and send them messages, which they can share with friends. 

Some of the key messages that contained in the communication are the level of harm the product can cause to children, information about the harmful substance, and what to do incase ones child is affected already. There would be no need for special event but if need be the company can come up with an advert to sensitive the population of the effects of the products in questions (Ji-Young, 2017). They need to inform parents what to do in case of any issues. They can also use media houses to help spread the word.

The need to approach with human faces means being empathetic and requires an understanding of the situation and its effects on the health of the people. Unilever is a company that manufactures products such as soap. They might end up putting large quantities of ingredients in their soaps and other products that can cause harm to human body. Unilever can come up with online and local campaigns to help spread the word about the faulty products. They can also use media houses to help pass the information to those who do not use online media houses for communication.
