Enzyme activities such as absorbance act differently when exposed to different PH and temperature. The enzyme activity from pH one to six was directly proportional as per the graph; this is because the protein structure has not been tampered with ( The Editors of Encyclopedia Britannica, n.d) . However, as the PH level increases, the absorbance rate varied because the protein structure was being destroyed gradually, also, from the graph activity, absorbance rate increase as the temperature increases. However, as the forty degrees temperature is attained, the graphs commence being irregular. This irregularity is as a result of gradual destruction of protein structure.

Protein reacts differently with different circumstance. When Sodium hydroxide reacts with the protein solution, it hydrolyzes protein. Also, protein solution responds differently when it mixes with hydrochloric acid; it denatures the solution hence unfolding the protein molecule to expose their chains to more enzyme action that is efficient ( Dasgupta & Wahed, n.d) . Similarly, alcohol has a significant impact on protein solution: protein is denatured by alcohol by disrupting the hydrogen bond hence new bond is formed between a new alcohol molecule and the  protein  side chains. Additionally, copper sulphate has an impact on protein solution. Protein loses it's the quaternary structure, tertiary structure, and secondary structure when mixed with copper sulphate. Lastly, the high and low salt solution has a different impact on the protein solution. High salt solution denatures protein similarly to acids and bases. Since salts are ionic, it disrupts salt bridges in protein hence forming insoluble metal protein salt. However, law salt solution does not interrupt the quaternary structure, tertiary structure, and secondary structure of the salt.
