I tend to agree on the view, which helps to develop a better angle of dealing with the leadership mechanisms and managing workers to establish a company in several mentions (Senge, 2006). The views over leadership have changed over the term to consider the development and instructional needs of the employees. Changes in leadership from instructing to stewardship, whereby leaders show examples and teach employees on the roles that they should occupy is an aspect in a learning organization (Senge, 2006). Therefore, the multitasking part of leadership to design and explain to the employees is a challenging task that helps companies handle their activities in a better manner.
