The most appropriate least restrictive intervention for my future career is rapid tranquilization. The approach is more effective in managing aggressive behavior in mentally ill patients ( Patel et al.,2018). The practice entails offering medication through parental routes, mainly through intravenous, exceptionally, or intramuscular, where the oral medication approach is impossible. In some cases, it applies where the oral medication is possible, but urgent sedation is necessary ( Patel et al.,2018). The strategy is nonrestrictive because it conforms to the guidelines and principles of the process. Among the main elements of the nonrestrictive intervention evident in rapid tranquilization is its application of reasonable force while allowing patients adequate movement freedoms. In essence, these individuals are offered the option of moving away from the process if they so wish.

The learning setting of the children with special education is the most appropriate least restrictive environment for my future career. Bolourian et al. (2020) posit that children with special education should be offered an opportunity to be in the same class with their peers to benefit from the opportunities presented by such environments. The approach reduces the risks of the stigma associated with isolating such children. The above problem is among the leading characteristics of restrictive environments. The levels of freedom of learning under these conditions are also high, thus enhancing the potential outcomes of these individuals. Bolourian et al. (2020) support the above argument by claiming that children with special needs yield better learning outcomes if allowed to be in the same class with their peers than when they are isolated. I would, therefore, prefer a class setting that incorporates the needs of the children with special needs into a general classroom system as opposed to the restrictive models that seclude such individuals.
