The three products in my home, which are manufactured away from the U.S., include my television, my Lenovo laptop, and my desktop computer. All these products were manufactured by Legend Holdings in China, which holds annual revenue of $17.8 billion. Legend Holdings is defined as among the highly competitive companies globally due to their marked aggressive growth strategies. This company is among the developing companies that have made China develop into a global industrial hub in the recent years. The similarities among the mentioned products are their production regions-China and that they are electronic devices, which can network with other products.
As an upcoming business leader, I would prefer to focus on international relationships to gain access to intelligent minds behind the creation of such advanced technological devices. Events such as symposium are usually organized to bring together the global genius talents and minds to work in partnership on concepts and share inspirations (Reilly, 1998). Such forms of events often create awesome opportunities for entrepreneurs. My strongest traits include building relationships and continuous learning. Being a business leader, therefore, entails having a good rapport in developing strong relationships, which are long-term and which enhance respects, loyalty, and trust (CCL, 2007; Roemer, 2015).

Having evaluated the ethics record of China, I would continue to buy products her products. I discovered that they are diligent in their work as they ensure that their products are substantiated. Besides this, the Legend Company is creative in its work. Rather than aiming to simply meet the customer needs and wants, they go an extra mile to produce intriguing products, which are not only entertaining, but connect with the imaginations of the customers. As a business leader, I would conduct business with China for more understanding of their core values and accelerate success in my organization. I prefer generating maximum results with the least effort in every opportunity I see.
