The difference in life expectancies between people living in the urban and rural areas arise because people in rural areas are associated with physical inactivity, hypertension, injuries, functional limitation, disability, psychological distress, and poor health more than those in urban areas(Jian et al. ,2019). Additionally, health provision inequalities are increasing over time; metropolitan areas have the best health care centers than rural areas. People in rural areas are associated with obesity and smoking more than in urban areas lowering their life expectancy. There is a big difference between rural and urban areas; urban areas have a high economy compared to rural areas. Hence the chances of surviving longer in urban areas are higher compared to rural areas. The group with the lowest life expectancy would be improving their education and income. If the government and other stakeholders will increase their income, they will seek medical care in good health facilities whenever they get sick. By educating them, they will live healthy lives as they know the healthy food to eat and what to avoid to increase their life expectancy.
