Parents also have roles in the prevention of child neglect by cooperating in programs such as nurse-family partnership programs. The article further dwells on the early childhood education programs as a prerequisite for reduced cases of child neglect in families. Free meals and home visits provided to the children and families respectively can reduce the instances of negligence, as asserted. Modelers tend to copy the dysfunctional conduct of their parents, contributing to issues in their relationships. The reconcilers applied caution in their relationships due to the lessons learned from their parents. The situation contributes to the perfect ties of this kind of group. The author concludes that parents must explain the problems of marriage to their kids to prevent wrong and unproductive relationships in the future.

The two articles both dwell on the upsides of divorce. Although people perceive separation as a social problem, the authors from the two items see it as a breakaway from emotional and physical trauma. The beginning of a new life and role of parents in solving divorce dilemma are examples of the issues and factors that the authors from the two articles perceive as vital in concluding the upsides of divorce.
