Worked at Communication Agencies

From the speech that Brian Byrnes gave, the speaker engaged in activities dealing with communication agencies at school and even after completion. Brian worked for his school newspapers majoring on English since there was no journalism major. As a student, the speaker also played a role in an investigative report and in addition news reporting. As days went by, the speaker also became a part of television as well. Brian became involved with CV news and the CBS news.

Decided Against Travelling Abroad

After the involvement with some communication agencies, the passion for going overseas and becoming a foreign correspondent was the next vision for Brian. On that account, the speaker made efforts by sending applications to Asia and Latin America. He decided to live with his parents after realizing that the chances of employment were limited. Fortunately, the speaker received a call from a friend asking whether the orator needed a job and the response was positive. After a week he boarded a plane to Germany.

Brian Byrnes Worked with NPR and Participated in Radio Reports and Interviews

After securing the opportunity to travel and work abroad, in his new working environment, Brian was bombarded with ideas and had several stories to present to his audience. The experience helped brian to take part in NPR, the national public radio. After the journey from Argentina and the return to the United States, the speaker became a participant in radio reporting. Also, after returning to Buenos Aires, he worked for several newspapers through the radio. Brian had to think of ways of making Argentina news relevant to the United States so as to attract the audience in the United States. To achieve this, Brian engaged in several interviews.

Succeeded in Becoming CNN international Base Correspondent

Brian realized that CNN might be interested in the news and stories emerging from Argentina. Previously, Brian had made efforts of convincing CNN and had even met them in Atlanta for live broadcasting but did not succeed. On that ground, Brian thought of an idea that would be more convincing than the previous one. Brian went out and wrote an interesting story inclusive of pictures and videos. Fortunately, this captured the attention of the intended audience in this particular scenario, hence, Brian became CNN's international base correspondent.

Engaged in Public Relations and Learned Foreign Languages

Following the success on CNN Brian started taking part in communication consulting. Brian had a vision of becoming self-employed and wanted to set himself apart from the rest through presenting standard work. When he moved back to the United States, Brian's life had undergone a complete transition. He participated in communication consulting and helped individuals with problems in public relations. In addition, Brian took classes while in Argentina and was able to learn Spanish and speak it fluently.
