Consequently, a social worker's decision making would be influenced socially, and this is entirely based on the people he or she interacts within the line of profession. Ultimately, the psychological influence plays the greatest role in positively influencing the decision making ability of a social worker. Psychological influence is based on innate abilities and the intelligence levels of a person, and he or she uses this multidimensional influence to understand issues and become part of the social to fixing societal problems.
