The cognitive capability, the mindset, and the nature of human reasoning dwell on a series of multidimensional influences. The human perception towards the understanding of issues, his or her behavior towards the perception of concepts in life, is sometimes based on genetic inheritance that outlines the biological influence. The multidimensional social influence describes the roles played by people, individual interaction with and their contribution towards shaping the behavior of a person. The psychological influence demystifies the level of intelligence and the cognitive capability of a person to conceptualize concepts and handle issues and conflicts in a life amicably (Halevy, Kreps & De Dreu, 2019). The psychological aspect emerges as one of the multidimensional influences greatly impacts human functioning. Ideally, both the biological and the social aspects are considered inherited and learned from other people who do not qualify as authentic ideologies towards the understanding of developmental psychology and human functioning. Hence, the fact that psychological influence defines the capacity of a person's brains and the nature of his or her reasoning comes out as the most idealistic platform for understanding human functioning.

The understanding of the biological influences would play an essential role in positively impacting on a social worker's decision-based acceptance of the personalities of people whom he or she inherits the genes. For instance, it is possible for a person, especially a social worker, to engage in a productive decision making based on the belief that he or she shares the gene of his or her parents whom might have been very coercive and intelligent (Kraimer, Seibert & Liden, 2016). Consequently, a social worker's decision making would be influenced socially, and this is entirely based on the people he or she interacts within the line of profession. Ultimately, the psychological influence plays the greatest role in positively influencing the decision making ability of a social worker. Psychological influence is based on innate abilities and the intelligence levels of a person, and he or she uses this multidimensional influence to understand issues and become part of the social to fixing societal problems.
