The world has experienced great transformation in a rapid way since the Cold War ended. The old system of governance and political systems has been transformed to a new system of democracy, which has spread all over. Old patterns have come unbeaten, and new patterns are coming up. What is being experienced today is the end or age of bipolarity, a new dimension of democracy, heightening globalization of information and economic influence, more frequent determinations at global harmonization of security policy (Hammar, 2017) . This paper is going to analyze how conflict and cooperation among groups and organizations influence the development of the world, particularly the growth of the United States and Civil war.

Economic stability is also a factor that influences the development of the world. Peace is guaranteed by development that is being experienced globally, particularly the United States. This is happening through the efforts made to eradicate hunger, poverty and inequality (Hammar, 2017) . The United Nations and the global community has very instrumental as far as this concerned especially in Haiti. Such endeavors could only be sustained by good governance and democracy under the leading of Haitian government (Nau, 2015). The unity of the international organizations was eminent in making Haiti a peaceful region, free from nuclear weapons and its undisputed support to Argentina’s prerogative on the Malvinas are instances of the kind of influence the body could initiate.

Working conditions as spearheaded by the Community of Latin American and Caribbean States (CELAC) has led to the growth of many sectors. There is social development, health, energy and finances, boosting educational standards all synchronized to eradicate corruption, nuclear disarmament, science and technology. It has been earmarked as one of the methods of ensuring global peace and security and alleviating conflicts (Hammar, 2017) . The presence of United States and Nations in the field is being appreciated because of strategy, comprehensiveness and coordination to prevent civiler war from occurring. At the same time, national institutions, reforms, and development should be reinforced in organizations.

Conflict and cooperation has enabled concrete initiatives that give room for immigration. The parties in conflicts are relying on putting collective strengths to implement the initiatives. There is formal partnership arrangements and work plans that steered the every day’s collaborations; staff exchanges between the United States and other countries to create networks. Nau (2015) established that this enabled response to developing circumstances on the ground as well as joint mediation operations. The United Nations have a clear way to engage training and capacity building for developing integral understanding and a united effort. Therefore, development is initiated in the greater efforts applied towards swift response and continued avoidance of conflicts that may lead to civil war.

Also collaborations in the economic community globally and the United Nations is a good ground to ensure development and growth in the world. Different countries should be willing to end military conflicts and commit to mediation efforts. Some nations would be threatened by another nation that is investing in weaponry even when they are not intending to launch an attack on anyone (Nau, 2015). The peace, security and cooperation network is fundamental in development of United States community. It will guarantee support in creating inclusive political processes in many nations.

In conclusion, different political setups should be established which give significant opportunities for cooperation. Conflicts would spark the efforts to promote peace building, reconciliation and reforms in the political arena of regions in conflicts. When nations are involved in advancing human rights, building confidence of people in a nation, counter-terrorism and disarmament in threatening nations, growth and development becomes eminent.
