Dear Mr. Shadburn-Butler,
Irvine Ranch Water District appreciates your efforts of reaching out to us to raise your concerns about your water bill. Unfortunately, you have been receiving busy signals because our firm has a shortage of people that can attend to customer service through answering phones. We tried catering for this liability using voicemail but eliminated it due to lack of time to process all the messages left by callers. It is impossible to hire more people at the moment because the city budget does not allow it. Nonetheless, we understand the inconveniences caused and therefore, kindly ask that you accept our sincere apologies.
You expressed your concerns about a discount-promise made by the salesperson at Summer Pools when you purchased your pool from Summer Pools of Mission Viejo. We regret to inform you that the salesman at Summer Pools was wrong and therefore, misinformed you. Irvine Ranch Water District does not offer or provide any discounts, whether for pools or anything else. The possibility of giving discounts to our esteemed customers is not forthcoming because of the current rates in Irvine. Filling a 1,800 to 26,000-gallon pool with a garden horse costs from $ 8.83 to $ 124.67. Resulting in any other source of water to fill a pool makes the situation worse because it costs more. Additionally, these rates are higher in the suburbs and unincorporated rural areas, with a percentage of 30 and 50 respectively.
Delegate your assignment to our experts and they will do the rest.
We sincerely apologize for the inconveniences caused by the misinformation from the salesman at Summer Pools. We hope that you will continue to rely on Irvine Ranch Water District for the provision of water for your pool. For more inquiries, please feel free to write to us again.
Sincerely,
Michael Stewart
Director
