In an organization, the employees' skills play a significant role in influencing the quality of goods and services that the organization produces. Both skilled and unskilled laborers are essential and are the driving forces behind the organization's daily activities. Nike product has a unique branding which is international and which serves as an advantage for the company against other competing manufacturers. In this case, the company's product public image act as an advantage to the customers as it is well recognized by its clients worldwide ( Lury, 2004) .
On the other hand, the company is facing stiff competition from other manufacturers such as Adidas which might in turn influence the company's sales. Additionally, the price of the product is relatively high when compared with Adidas products, and hence, the company may lose some of its customers to its competitors ( Lury, 2004) .
Company
The company’s primary values aim at achieving customer's satisfaction by providing quality goods and enhancing strong customer's relationship. The company focuses on its customer's satisfaction, and this explains why it can maintain its customer's despite the stiff competition from its product competitors (Frisch, 2013). In this case, customer satisfaction serves as a strength for the company enabling it to put up with global competition for spots outfits.
The focus on the client’s for the enterprise also acts as a weakness because the company should also work to satisfy its employees. Excessive focus on the customers poses a threat to the company's ability to retain its employees (Frisch, 2013).
