Nurses bullying is one of the major challenge affecting quality of health services provided to patient at the Bayfront Hospital in Florida. The issue has devastating effects on new nurses who are absorbed to serve in different capacities within the facility. This issue has remained to be a controversial topic because it leads to violation of legal rights of new nurses joining the facility to discharge their roles. 

At the Bayfront Hospital in Florida, the new graduate nurse has been experiencing bullying from her seniors and current nurses. Usually bullying at health care facilities or any organization take different forms ( Al Omar, Salam & Al-Surimi, 2019) . As well, the new graduate nurse has been experiencing different forms of bullying which adversely affect services delivery at the facility. The main form of bullying that most new nurses face in most health care facilities include work overload, mixed and confusing instructions. As such, the former does not provide conducive environment which can enable new nurses to offer quality health care services to patients. Since bullying of new graduate nurses directly affect their performance, it is prudent to advocate for possible ways which can reduce it.

Another confirmed form of bullying that new nurse encounter at their work place is intimidation. Occasionally, new nurses in most health facilities as well as at Bayfront Hospital in Florida are denied chances to use their professional skills to improve quality of care services offered to patients. As a result, the former make new nurses to poor quality to their patients ( Al Omar, Salam & Al-Surimi, 2019) . Therefore, it is prudent for the management of health facility probe on the matter address the issue of bullying of new nurses at Bayfront Hospital in Florida and other health facility. In doing so, new nurse will be able offer quality care services to patients.
