The paper presents a case management summary and logical model to depict the flow of activities towards achieving the desired outcome of the program. The case management is about agrochemical exposure, its root causes, and the activities that should be in place to reduce the health impact of the exposure (" Developing and Using a Logic Model," 2013). The logical model will illustrate how the activities will work out towards achieving the desired goal.

Summary of case management

A case management program selected for this discussion is the case management at Chamacos. Asa Bradman is the present for this case management under discussion. It is case management of the exposure of children and expectant mothers to Agricultural chemicals. The core of the case management is to determine the relationship between chemical exposure to issues, such as obesity and neurodevelopment in children and expectant mothers ( Carneiro et al., 2020). In this case, the study sample out mothers that have unique traits that fit the requirements of the researchers. Some traits of the mothers that made up the study sample include being Mexican, being Spanish speakers as well as those living close to the Agricultural firms. The case management aims to define how this vulnerable population is exposed to a different agricultural chemical such as organophosphates in the environment.

The case management study reveals that the source of chemical exposure include the soil, the food that most of these population were eating, and the age. It reveals that as babies grow, the more they get exposed to the chemical through the food they eat and some of the activities they get involved in, mostly when the parents are farmers. It also reveals that occupation was also another significant risk factor in getting exposed to chemicals. From the findings, the case shows that farmers were at risk of getting exposed to chemicals. These people get exposed to agrochemicals through different means such as ingestion, inhalation, and through the skin for those who come in contact with the chemicals(" Children exposure to chemicals in farming and child care," 2014) . The outcome is apparent from the case management study results. It is evident that after the exposure, the mother may suffer from low birth weight, shorter gestation period, and other health effects that can hurt both the mother and the unborn babies ( Gonçalves da Silva et al., 2019). From the case, education and sensitization of populations to understand the risk of chemicalexposure are activities that try to contain the activities.

In conclusion, the input which the program emphasis is the training and sensitization for the target population. Such attention is to ensure that they understand the need to refrain from activities that can expose them to agrichemicals that are inevitably dangerous for their health. Therefore the activities are education and sensitization to ensure that these people understand how they get exposure to chemicals and limit such activities or be vigilant while being involved in them. The desired output is to limit the exposure of this population to chemicals. The short term goal is to limit the exposure while the intermediate goal is to change the perception people have about the activities that expose them to chemicals. The long term goal is, therefore, to revert the effect of agrochemical exposure to this population.
