The technology system plays a vital role in a health organization. The records contain information about staff, patients, and a company that is sensitive. Information system stakeholders should ensure the data stored is not compromised. Confidential data is susceptible to breach from either internal or external people. A data breach involves accessing information by unauthorized personnel. Insecure channels and data storage can easily be breached, especially during data transmission. Breaching information has negative effects on the eHealth system, and thus, an organization needs to implement security measures and data backup systems.
ABC healthcare facility requires a health information system team that can successfully run the organization. Notably, ABC should have a chief information officer, database administrator, and network administration ( Rudin et al., 2016) . The three plays an integral role in enterprise-wide data. Enterprise- data displays the vital role of each stakeholder in telemedicine. The chief information officer (CIO) leads the IT department and ensures that security measures required in healthcare facilities are observed. CIO sets vision and strategy, builds technological confidence, develops network and community, and integrates information technology into the organization for success purposes. However, the stakeholder faces limitations related to adherence to user-centered designs and principles. Despite that, CIO works towards ensuring that data of patients and any other sensitive information of the company is protected. Most of them do not have contact with patients and other users. As a result, CIOs lack information regarding the needs of the users.

Data administrators also play an essential role in enterprise-wide data. The personnel in the department ensure the database system's performance, adding new members into the IT system and understanding the platform in which the database operates. They also coordinate security measures of the system ( Rudin et al., 2016) . ABC utilizes telemedicine services in areas such as CT and MRI scans. In some cases, the services above are faced with issues related to the physicians' inability to interpret the results correctly due to incorrect design from data administrators.
Network administrators are also critical stakeholders in the ABC eHealth system. They develop a structure for administrative applications and design local area networks (LAN), internet, intranet, and data communication systems ( Penn et al., 2019) . The networks connect different departments in healthcare, such as between primary care and the emergency room, to source a piece of particular information. However, disconnection, primarily due to the poor network, can reduce the efficacy of the organizational application.
The proposed eHealth system has a positive economic impact on healthcare. It saves time and money. In ABC healthcare, the number of staff is insufficient, and thus, the utilization of technology will reduce the gap associated with the required number of the workforce ( Kreps, 2014) . Such helps the organization to grow since the utilization of information technology has eased the financial burden. Nonetheless, using technology leads to an increase in efficiency in business. Schemas management defines how data can be retrieved and read. Application of a new dataset and open source can help in automatically retrieval of files and obtaining both business and technical data immediately (Harden, 2016). The application saves time for clinicians to engage in other essential roles. Telemedicine also improves on quality and efficiency of healthcare. The information from various departments is transmitted through email or intranet, and such improves on competitive advantage as well as efficacy in serving one's clients.
ABC healthcare has been experiencing a challenge due to inadequate staff, and therefore, the introduction of the healthcare system will result to value addition. Telemedicine technology will result in improvement in the capacity of patients and also the quality of care regardless of current understaffed status experienced.
In conclusion, stakeholders in the healthcare IT team are essential in ensuring that the acquisition and maintenance of the system serve the needs of users has required. The roles played by CIO, network, and data administrator are essential in ensuring the system acquired improves on the value of healthcare without breaching their privacy.
