The mentorship encourages the hired workers become comfortable and adopt the business culture. Hence, they can operate both individually and within teams towards the achievement of the organization’s goals and objectives (Bos, 2010). The plan should ensure that the structure does not change to ensure the transition is useful rather than confusing for the recruits.
