Abortion refers to the expulsion or the removal of the fetus or an embryo that leads to its death. A large number of women who wish to eradicate their unborn child opt for option as a way of escaping pregnancy. In the U.S., for example, estimates reveal that women opt to end around 25 percent of their pregnancies via abortion. They support the notion that aborting would allow them avoid the challenges they experience with their pregnancy as well as the hindrances that result from the issue of raising children. Various reasons exist as to why many women result to abortion, while the abortion issue has raised unending debate between pro-choice and pro-life individuals. The people supporting life wish to eradicate abortion because it serves as a blatant disregard of the right to life of the fetus (Brown, 2013) . On the issue of abortion, therefore, while a large number of women might be inclined to practice under certain circumstances, they need to realize that it ends life, compounds tragedy, creates additional problems, avoids responsibility, and does not liberate or empower them.
Abortion Ends Life
In the medical profession, life is considered as starting from conception when the egg of the mother fertilizes with the sperm. The same cannot be applied to the case of machines, such as cars or clocks, which only exist after different parts are joined together. All living beings usually come into existent instantly and start unfolding to a word full of potential and opportunities gradually. A living person starts living immediately after conception despite via a cell. The major issue of importance here is not the size but that it is fully human. For the unborn child, it usually has an unrepeatable and unchanging generic code, which is usually unique from all of history once conception takes place up until death. The only thing added is oxygen and nutrition. In this sense, humans need to lay emphasis in protecting life, since it is the initial instinct of humans, this starts with self-preservation, which then extends to all other people via domestic connections as well as realization of similar nature. In the event of terminating pregnancy, it kills an innocent human being, which contradicts with the human nature’s premise. It ends up forsaking the natural law, which leaves a nation incapable of repopulating itself (Callahan & Callahan, 2012) . Thus, it is crucial to realize that abortion ends the life of a human being, which should be equated to murder.

Abortion Compounds Tragedy
During certain times, the circumstances associated with pregnancy are usually tragic. A woman might have been raped or a baby might have been diagnosed as having a certain defect. It might also be that the health of the women it at risk. Nonetheless, this does not mean that a single tragedy should be answered with another one. Killing an innocent child does not erase rape or cure a baby by killing it. In addition, it is not possible to avoid health issues be denying another human a chance in life. In the event of the women who have been raped, therefore, they need to be offered compassionate care, which does not entail killing a child. Parents that experience challenging prenatal diagnosis need to be offered real life facts as well as helpful encounters. They should not be given the quick option of abortion. In the event of women having high-risk pregnancies, they need to be accorded treatment by professional doctors, although treatment does not entail killing a child intentionally (Roberts, 2010) . In case a child dies as a woman is being offered treatment, such as in the event of removing ectopic pregnancy or chemical therapy in case a mother has cancer, such an act cannot be perceived as abortion.
Abortion Creates Additional Problems
Certain individuals support the idea that engaging in abortion and ending the life of a child would solve the problems they face. The problem might seem as if it has been eradicated immediately, such as when college becomes easier, or that parents might not come to realize that their daughter was ever pregnant, or an affair remains concealed. Nonetheless, in reality, abortion just conceals the problems but does not address them. Most women end up finishing college while they continue giving birth to babies. Moreover, a large number of parents are far more understanding than their daughters would have ever thought possible. Thus, regarding the problems people believe they would face because of pregnancy, killing an innocent child does not solve their problems. Even if abortion is legal, that does not mean it is the right thing to do. Additionally, since abortion is a hidden option that does mean it will not haunt you forever (Schwarz & Latimer, 2012) . In this perspective, therefore, it is essential to note that abortion does not serve as an end to the problems that a person tries to avoid but it ends up creating more.
Abortion Avoids Responsibility
Some individuals might result to abortion in case they failed to reach a solution in a relationship or when a person engages in an affair that ends up resulting to pregnancy. Nonetheless, whenever two adults decide to engage in sex, which ends up creating babies, they need to accept the idea of taking responsibility. The contraception that people take might end up failing while the ideal plan might end up falling apart. Nonetheless, this does not create room for avoiding responsibility by killing an innocent child. Responsible individuals need to consider making tough decisions during certain times. The issue of timing might appear bad while the circumstances might be challenging although this does not entail taking the life of an innocent baby. Opting to raise a child is a responsible act. Opting for adoption is also a responsible act. However, selecting abortion and denying a child life is an act of irresponsibility, which should be regarded as wrong (Brown, 2013) . Thus, abortion serves as an act of avoiding responsibility, which is believed to be the work of cowards and weaklings in the society.
Abortion does not Liberate of Empower Women
For most feminists, they perceive abortion as the right of women. Nonetheless, killing an innocent person is not anyone’s right. Women should not be the only individuals deciding to execute their babies. Letting children die in inhuman ways, such as when their spines are sucked into tubes or when their hearts are stopped via poison does not serve as a way of empowering or liberating women. These should not be regarded as choices in any manner. These tragedies are cruel while they should not be permitted in civilized societies. Women need to note that they cannot attain freedom by shedding the blood of their children (Roberts, 2010) . Therefore, in the case of women who assume that abortion liberates or empowers them, they need to be ashamed of themselves for the cruel acts they undertake against innocent humans.
Conclusion
In conclusion, therefore, the issue of abortion has received tremendous attention in the present society. While certain individuals might run to abortion owing to the misfortunes they encounter, such as rape, fetuses with defects, or lives of mothers in danger, they need to realize that it does not serve as the solution. It results to the killing of innocent human beings, results to increased tragedies in life, and leads to increased problems. It also serves as acts of avoiding responsibility while it does not in any way empower or liberate women in any way. Thus, engaging in abortion is not an alternative.
