Organizational mission forms part of the culture, which further describes the implementation of the institutional values to cement the laid objectives. Yes, it is factual to assert that organization's mission influences the culture. The U.S. Secret Services embodies an institution with missions to offer protection to specific federal officials as well as an investigative front for crimes. The agency culture requires well-trained officers with extremely effective coordination to facilitate the implementation of an accommodating response team to address United States security concerns. Driven by the supposition, 'macho pride' the organization dissociate itself from failures and incapacities (Pammer, 2015) . The USSS does not allow the public or to that matter the world to see its weak spot. The culture of the secret service affects entirely affects its members as they are expected to act with a high level of professionalism with no room of incompetency (Husain, 2015) . In the case of the intruder, he was able to pass all the security protocols without authorization under a less coordinated classified service personnel leading to a security breach in the White House. The director of the secret service Julia Pierson had to resign due to the incident. Thus, in this instance, we can see how the USSS is downplaying its problem to cover up its weaknesses.

The first strategy to be implemented to serve the white house effectively is, the secret service should use system thinking to operate and act intelligently at an unconscious level, to enable them to react to various situations. The second approach is through creating consistency in their duties by implementing the organization's stipulated rules ( Tompkins, 2005) . Thirdly, the strategy is that if there are attempts of changes in the culture to affect a security concern, then they do so in the understanding of the existing one to allow for a smooth transition. The fourth strategy is that the secret service should be stable and similar to build uniformity in the adjudication of duties and influence the strength of secret service (Driskill, 2018). The final strategy is that the leader in command of the secret service is needed to embed the shared values in the white house and reinforce them in the classified service officers to sustain a robust and productive culture. The leader also should formulate mission statements that would make the secret service officers have an emotional attachment to the white house.
