Delegate your assignment to our experts and they will do the rest.
Patients may also have abscess which is the collection of pus that builds up in the body tissues. The different diseases by the clients are as a result of heroin addiction.
The decision of opening an inpatient drug treatment center will help in improving the addict’s recovery process. The medical center will also educate the community on the impacts of drugs and contribute preventive measures that can be used in future. The three patients will be taken through a recovery and drug withdrawal process.
Option B
Change influences the organizations old practices and norms (Ginger, 2012) . Most organization introduces change as a means of improving the performance and quality of services. In the health care industry, organizations always work hard to give the best services to the sick. The challenges that might be faced during the change implementation are the high resistance by the health care practitioners. The process of change may be time consuming since they will need to learn and take time to understand the new systems. Managers play a very crucial role in introducing change since they are expected to communicate the importance of change to the organization and the impact to the performance of the company. Managers also ensure that there are minimal instances of resistance by the employees by motivating each member (Ginger, 2012) . Successful change was experienced in the customer service center where the health care practitioners were taught on proper care techniques for the patients. Another change is the use of modern medical test machines that enhances the tests and treatment of the sick.
