Ethics
Organizational ethics are code of conduct that an organization follows while operating in accordance with the business environment they exist. Thus, organizational ethics define what is right and wrong for the organization. Microsoft is dedicated to ensuring that it prevents, detects, and remediates issues that may breach compliance guidelines. Key ideas to be considered by RPZ marketing code of ethics should include integrity and responsibility. These two basic codes of conducts will significantly contribute to the emphasis created by the mission statement and core values.
