Introduction

Communication is critical to organizational efficiency, so a communication system that maximizes productivity is critical for the institution. Our central organization's emphasis is on removing efficiency obstacles with the aid of a more robust communication framework. Productivity is hampered by various problems, including a lack of coordination between different levels and roles and interpersonal disputes. In this regard, I recommend that the company adopt a new contact system to resolve these issues. Non-verbal communication, technical advancement, informal lines of communication among different levels within the organization, cultural awareness, and conflict management are essential aspects of communication necessary to improving communication within institutions. Enacted incentives can greatly aid in the introduction of the communication strategies.

Some of it occurs over the phone, but it is still person-to-person.  And yet, none of the face-to-face interaction is captured in the digital database (Colta, 2014).
