In this case, I need to be honest with my team capabilities thus making the various advantages and changes that need to be able to make changes in life. I will analyze the things that make me secure when operating in life thus making necessary changes that enable me to make changes in real and career development. My relationship with other people matters a lot and is crucial in ensuring that I develop positive social development in an attempt of ensuring that there is a positive relationship with people. I understand that it is essential to interact with without any form of biases and understanding self-weakness. Succeeding in teamwork requires taking into consideration the actions of others and serving personal needs while taking into account those of team members. In my group, I always understand the benefits of participating in teamwork activities and helping others to experience a healthy lifestyle. I continuously bring new knowledge into the organization and creating room for team members to give views regarding their perception and deciding to ensure there is positive interaction with other people. In situations where people operate in groups, it is evident that several problems need to be solved by individuals. Playing an active role in the group requires people to interact with people thus calling for a need of developing adequate skills applicable in solving problems that face the interests of people in the society.

I demonstrate the characteristics of an excellent communicator when working as a group member. I find it easy to engage in interpersonal communication and participate in developing a positive attitude in the discussion. My behavior can cause a positive effect on group performance because I can act as a role model and guide all team members towards a particular goal. Though I have some weaknesses such as getting upset, I understand the importance of self-control and focus on working as a role model to team members. I know that ethical communication and correct setting are essential factors for determining the success that an individual can have when working as a group member. Ethical communication entails the sharing of ideas and interaction without violating the rights of stakeholders of the team. My experience by working in a group is always outstanding when it comes to group performance which makes me feel that I have an opportunity for leading a large team to achieve its set objectives.
Steps for improving
Despite the positive ethical performance qualities, I need to make some adjustments capable of making my team performance a bit effective. For example, I need to be able to multitask such that I can communicate effectively and still handle other activities to ensure success in the team. In the modern era, group members have to look at different projects at a time to increase the benefits received from the group. As a result, I need to acquire this skill that will be beneficial to other group members and me.
I also need to be detail oriented in the team indicating that I should be in a position to identify and understand more exceptional information that group members may not be in a position to understand. Paying close attention and drawing the interest for understanding details other people have not been in a place to acknowledge contributes positively into the success of the group thus making it possible to meet the goals of the team. This character will assist me when it comes to problem-solving because it creates an opportunity for making decisions and convincing other people to adhere to such choices taking into consideration moral values and preferences. Success in teamwork requires people’s interaction and application of creative thinking thus identifying ways for achieving the set objectives.
Though my strengths for working in a team exceed the weaknesses, working in a group requires an individual to be an everyday adventure. I focus on creating new ideas for improving my competence and choosing the right team members to need to be accompanied by developing a code of ethics that meet the interests of each team member and to a large extent the interests of other people in the team. Personal traits and self-evaluation are essential strategies that increase an opportunity for improving performance as team member.as a result; I believe I will be in a position to enhance the performance of a team after incorporating new ideas in working in a group.
