Analysis of my scores from the aptitude questionnaire indicates that I am a strong leader. The maximum score for each item is 5 making the total score for each of the three skills 30. Scores of 21, 23, and 19 out of 30 indicate that I am a strong leader overall. One strength is that I am a good listener. It is a crucial characteristic of a good leader as it means that I can give others time to express themselves and not be in a rush to make decisions without considering what they have to say. Other areas of strength include my ability to organize and prioritize my work, focus on the long-term consequences of my actions, being a team player, and possession of a vision for the future.
My biggest area of weakness is low confrontational skills. Sometimes, I may fail to confront those who fail to deliver on the tasks assigned to them. Other weaknesses include my failure to consider data and statistics when solving a problem and my significant preference for people over data. Another weakness is that I worry about other people's feelings than talk ing to them about these feelings I admit that I was aware of some of my strengths and weaknesses and was therefore not surprised when the questionnaire pointed to them. For instance, I am aware that I am a good listener and have insight into people's inclination more than data and things. However, I was surprised to learn that I am afraid of confronting individuals who may not deliver as expected.

It would be necessary to improve these three skills sets to become an efficient manager. For the technical skillset, business intelligence would be a good resource to promote improvement. Business intelligence provides insight into using data, business analytics tools, and other technologies while ensuring to develop meaning reports. Similarly, the technical skillset involves taking up technical courses, the use and interpretation of data. A course in business intelligence would help improve this skill set. Innovation would help improve the conceptual skill set. It involves developing new ideas for problem-solving and overall organizational development. When considering the conceptual skill set, one would be required to learn how to prioritize, consider long-term effects, and have a strong vision for the future (Popescu et al., 2020). Innovation would help enhance these abilities as it helps lay a foundation for future growth. Innovation would encourage the development and implementation of new strategies in problem-solving, decision making, and making plans for the future. All these aspects of innovation are encompassed in the conceptual skills set and can be improved through one being innovative.
A resource for improving the human skillset would be teamwork. The human skillset is an indication of one's ability to interact, relate, and work with others efficiently (Afshari et al., 2012). It promotes employee motivation and appropriate use of human potential in the workplace. Expertise in teamwork would mean that one fully understands how to interact, relate, and work with others in the working environment. It also means that as a manager, one understands how to effectively relate to subordinates without making them feel inferior. It also means considering and inclusion of other people's ideas and opinions despite their organization's position. Therefore, sufficient knowledge in teamwork would help improve the human skillset.
Technological advancement has ensured that culture in a global environment is highly dependent on technology (Raikhan et al., 2014). For instance, technology ensures that an organization has a presence in different parts of the world and freely converges through the internet. It means that strength in the technical skillset would come in handy when I am part of a global organization. It would ensure that I am culturally sensitive and cognizant of colleagues' cultural requirements from different parts of the world. It would also ensure that when dealing with data at the global level, I would exercise cultural sensitivity to prevent conflict founded on cultural insensitivity.
Strength in the conceptual skill set would ensure that I can evaluate the organization according to its internal functioning; how it relates to its external environment. Such an evaluation would contribute considerably to the successful interaction of different cultures internally and externally (Raikhan et al., 2014). It would also help identify problems touching on culture, promote analysis and diagnosis of the problem, and ensure the development of creative solutions.
Strength in the human skillset would help promote cultural integration and interaction. Having developed the ability to interact, work, and relate effectively with others means that I would consider culture as a concept that promotes interaction even in a global environment. I would be aware of my colleagues' cultures to ensure that I do not infringe on their cultural practices.
Overall, the aptitude questionnaire reveals strengths and weaknesses in the human, conceptual, and technical skill sets. Some strengths include being a good listener, prioritization, and organization. Weaknesses include my inability to deal efficiently with data and statistics and my failure to confront individuals who may not deliver as expected. Strength in these skill sets would promote cultural integration in a global environment, ensure the use of technology and data in a culturally sensitive manner, and overall cultural sensitivity.
