Our culture has been affected due to the changes that have interfered with cultural beliefs and values. There are different social situations where the act of law may conflict with the Christian conscience. Such issues may bring some disagreement between the government and the religion since there will be a lengthy debating of an important question where the opposing opinions may dispute. To fight such issues in real-life situations, it is always better for an individual to balance personal beliefs and the land law. Examples of social issues may include civil rights and racial discrimination, and poor leadership. However, to ensure a balance between the two situations, the code of conduct, fixation of common social issues, and social justice should be considered.

One of the most important functions in the code of conduct is to serve as a guide to the followers based on the rules and regulations. The organizational culture can be stated as the values and the behavior of individuals in an organization or society (Cabana & Kaptein, 2019). It consists of different layers such as the assumption and the shared meanings. The values observable features that determine how an individual conducts himself or herself. These include the behaviors that reflect some of those assumptions and their shared meanings. In society, there must be persons having some conduct of practices in place. Balancing personal beliefs with the law of the land requires recognizing several factors—identifying the relevant critical factors considering the target end-users. However, there should be a cordial relationship between the body exercising the law and the individual to ensure harmony in any decision.

Afterward, the determination of elements for measuring and balancing the factors should determine the steps to ensure effectiveness. Suppose those elements will be properly and appropriately articulated. In that case, the code of conduct can be important for distributing the standards and policies in equalizing the individual believes and the land law. Some limitations may exist since the code can depend on powerful bodies such as the government rather than individuals. For someone to balance between the beliefs and the law of the land, measurements should arrive at a desirable result. Such measures include executive actions that may provide rewards, and on the other side, it imposes punishments if someone fails to balance between the two.

Individual ethical responses are more important in measuring the outcomes of the ethical culture. Sometimes, leaders seem to be the biggest problem, mainly in the government, when deciding to fix some common social issues (Clayton, 2017). Any society that promotes socially appropriate explores, encourages, and engages individual behaviors connected to social interest issues. Thus, its main objective is to strengthen the connections between personal beliefs and social issues. For instance, some of the issues only revolve around climatic changes and natural environments. Individuals should be careful in any natural change to avoid the commotion of personal beliefs and the law since it will be more consequential. The ability to make such connections requires intellectual processes such as system thinking.

Furthermore, other challenges of sociology the public have been experiencing for the future emerge as a consequence. The government as a unit should be of concern to the public since others mistrust it. The government may have a particular characteristic of attitudes towards the primary levels that indirectly interfere and damage individual beliefs and affect society. It also corrodes personal faith in impartial information in the community, which is the essential value. Thus, it becomes trouble because it undermines the authority sources of people's knowledge and ability in making decisions about their lives.

Social justice is seen when promoting a society that is fair and equitable in valuing diversity. More so, the provision of equal rights and freedom to its members ensures the allocation and distribution of resources and support to human rights and actions (Mensah, 2019). Currently, sustainable growth has become a universal factor that sometimes interferes with personal beliefs. Some of the implementations put in place by the law to govern the individual go to an extent whereby they do not consider an individual. Social justice shows that any process to be taken should be freely and equally accessible to all individuals irrespective of their characteristics and abilities. The law of the land and other legal institutions should ensure equality in all the opportunities for living.

Additionally, all governments have a moral role and responsibility in ensuring that every citizen has equal rights, resources, and opportunities in social justice. In some cases, balancing individual beliefs and the law of the land is always tricky. The most affected areas where corruption is the mother of injustices and favors only the ones from a well to do families. The less fortunate are suffering terribly since no one takes care of them, and the law is for the poor. It affects them, so that the best solution is to follow the orders and instructions from those decision-makers. Everyone needs to have the capability to lead a worthwhile life rather than being omitted in society. Mostly the religion should balance some of their beliefs with the land laws to ensure their members adhere. For example, catholic beliefs such as lent seasons should not interfere with the regulations. Therefore, everyone has the responsibility to balance their thoughts, whether cultural or religious, and the land laws.

Generally, for someone to balance between personal belief and the law of the land, they should follow and consider some of the substantiated factors. The first one is the code of conduct, where the individual decisions should go towards the government's regulations. Failure to that, there are other consequences an individual will face if the person does not adhere to the law's rules. Secondly is the fixing of some common issues to the society which shall affect the individual. Its primary aim is to connect personal beliefs with social problems and techniques to solve them. Lastly is social justice, whereby there are equal rights and freedom that favors both parties rather than one side. Therefore, it is the government's responsibility to ensure that every citizen can live a worthwhile life.
