Christianity is considered the most practiced religion in the world, with more than two billion believers. Christians usually center their beliefs on the birth, life, death, and the resurrection of Jesus Christ. A group of adherents who were disciples to Jesus started Christianity. In contrast, historians often regard the adoption and spread of Christianity as one of the greatest spiritual missions in the history of humanity. Based on this context, faith denotes the act of trust by the believers and the content based on their religion. Christianity, as a tradition, is more significant than systems that are centred on religious beliefs. Christianity has generated a culture marked by a set of philosophies and life conducts, artifacts, and practices that have been passed from generations to generations. Christianity bonds these practices, beliefs, and multiple traditions based on the historical symbol. The paper discussion focuses on personal value system among Christians concerning professional values, including healthcare systems.

Various morals and values characterize a Christian. According to Dessel et al. (2017), there exist several definitions of morals and values. However, as a student, my understanding of morals is that they are intrinsic values. Therefore, morals as a system bases on beliefs taught in deciding what is good or bad, whereas values comprise individual views. Morals and values are considered to be emotionally related to determining good or evil. Moral integrity and unique values are incredibly vital concepts shaping how people live (Ushatikova et al., 2018). As a competent student, I believe that values comprise systems of absolutes people strive to measure. Besides, morals constitute a single standard that is considered to be acceptable. In practising Christianity, values and morals are very crucial as they enable Christians to do their best to live up to the standards perceived as acceptable. Besides, Christians also believe that Jesus Christ was not sent to make the perfect example of how Christians should live their lives, but also to prepare Christians for eternal life or rather life after death.

Consequently, moral values help Christians in making decisions between wrong and right. Gennerich (2018) reiterate that morals and values enable individuals to determine their personality and characteristics. As a hardworking student and a Christian by faith, my set of morals and values have been established over the years. This is due to the interaction between my family members, institutions I have attended, friends, and my role in the church. Therefore, morals and values comprise an integral part of my life since they define individuals both at personal and professional levels. Besides, values and morals have a duty of directing conscience towards practice and understanding based on the Right and the Good. Morals and values are beneficial to Christians since they alter the decision-making of many people, thus enabling Christians to understand their ecosystem better.

As a Christian, I firmly believe that morals and values are obtained from how individuals are raised based on their religious background, life experiences, and faith-based family practices. I do my best to treat people with respect. Additionally, I believe in honesty as it plays a vital role in strengthening interaction between individuals. Being honest enables people to accept you for your correct behavior rather than their perception towards you. In terms of my personal beliefs concerning morals and values based on worldview, I am saved, and I was brought up in a loving Christian home. The exposure and the context in which I was brought up have enabled me to hold positive perception in terms of Christianity. However, I usually wonder whether my parents altered my morals and value compass. Moreover, living away from my parents when schooling taught me a lot, I was suddenly forced to make my personal choices. Reflecting on my own decisions, I firmly believe that my upbringing made me the person I am today.

Consequently, based on my traditions and cultural values regarding worldview and behavior, I believe that culture plays a crucial role in how individuals perceive the world. Cultural religion may be defined as surface perceptions, behaviors, and values. Therefore, the outcome of an individual raised within a given society may teach a person conducts that are accepted within a community, whereas evils deeds may result in rejection, thus fitting in enables individuals in preventing self-esteem from being rejected (Kørup et al., 2018). Besides, dealing with personal traits comprises three major contributing features like culture, nature of humans, and personality. As a Christian, I firmly believe that my attributes and values are significantly prejudiced in my worldview. Moral and values are applied in almost all existing human professions, but most profoundly in healthcare. There exist contradictions between the term moral conflicts and ethical dilemmas within healthcare.

However, as a competent student and a Christian by faith, I can elaborately distinguish between the two terms. Ethical dilemmas denote a set of rules and regulations provided by external sources such as ideologies in religions or code of conduct existing in workstations. In contrast, moral dilemmas indicate a personal principle concerning Right and Wrong. However, the integrity and accountability of workers and clients play a vital role in the healthcare set up. Accountability entails taking up responsibility based on individual actions and ensuring competency in the task being undertaken. Thus, it implies dwelling first on the interest of patients. On the other hand, integrity involves honest actions and trustworthy. For many health workers, the relationship between ethics in medical and professionalism constitutes the term integrity. Therefore, health providers should engage in what is considered to the right based on professional judgment. Moreover, accountability, integrity, and ethical behaviors contribute a vital role since lack of them may result in significant damage to the organization. Therefore, the mentioned cultures may improve doctor-patient trust, reduce the misuse of various resources, and help an organization provide better quality care.
