Total cost of resources is equal to the wage rate per hour multiplied by the total number of hours worked by the team. This is as shown below;

Artists 1 Hour = $25 

200 hours = $5000

The total costs of all resources combined are as follows;

The Fringe benefits are a percentage of direct wages that is 30% of Direct Wages. Therefore fringe benefits amount to;

The Parametric estimate of the cost of the project is the sum of all the costs incurred. This amounts to $103,300.

The aim of PERT/CPM data evaluation and analysis in project management is to determine the amount of time that a project is expected to consume. The PERT chart shows the sequence of tasks assigned to this project as well as the duration taken by each of this task. The data displayed is in accordance with the expectations of the planning committee. The project manager is able to make plans as he can tell the longest time to be consumed as well as the shortest time that could be covered. This is fit for a project that a series of tasks to be executed. This procedure helps to determine the critical path in the series, which is the longest time the project will take to be completed. The critical path if 1-5-6. The maximum number of weeks taken would be 24 for the project.
