Article Summary 

Positive organizational behavior has for a long time been referred to as the application or study of certain human resources strengths as well as psychological throughput that can be developed, measured and similarly managed for improving the performance in the current workplace. It is associated with positive psychology that looks for what is right between people and their strengths rather than focusing on what is not right or dysfunctions among people. The current psychological capitals that meet the POB criteria include optimism, efficacy, hope as well as resiliency which when combined they result in the basic construct of the capital of psychology (Kell, Robbins, Su & Brenneman, 2018)

In most levels in the current society, communication has turned out to be problematic and one of the ways is the failure in recognizing that communication is a process involving more than linear flows of information, dynamic as well as an interactive process involving a behavioral exchange between the involved parties (Luthans & Youssef-Morgan, 2017) . Since communication is dynamic, interactive as well as interpersonal process, several Media of electronic, nonverbal as well as information technology approaches are important parts of communication in the current organization (Bal & Dóci, 2018)

Xin, et al , (2018) suggest that i n the study of the behavioral organization, other than communication, the decision-making process is just as important as any other as it is the choice between available alternatives. In order to understand the dynamic nature of human beings in particulars such as commitment escalation or similarly, irrational conformity the social models of communication and decision making are basic. The social cognitive theory suggests that personal, environmental as well as behavioral cognitive aspects are in the interactions as well as the self-reflective capacities of people serving as the huge underpinning of self-confidence. From this substantial theory as well as the results from research back up, scholars claim that there are necessary implications for the practical application of communication, decision making as well as other positive capacities i.e. self-efficacy (Jangir & Govinda, 2018) . In order to develop and train these positive capacities, sources of information such as experience mastery, social persuasion, and emotional arousal are necessary. 

Views and Opinion 

From a personal perspective, POB must be evidence-based as well as theory-based before being considered for a scientific study. Also, it has to be positively oriented as well as consistent with other research streams that turn out positive. In addition, the POB should be measurable both reliably and validly to give way for research. Last but not least, the POB should remain open to management as well as development. It is possible to refer and subsequently treat the resources of positive psychology that tend to have a common trend of meeting the criteria of inclusion making them part of a synergistic set of resource that is interactive. For instance, optimistic people will consider their chances of success as high, since they are confident, they will tend to choose goals that are challenging and remain motivated to accomplish them. The ability to understand the weaknesses as well as the strengths of techniques that are participative in nature as well as the creativity of individuals and the decision-making process of a group can result to effective decisions made currently and those to be made in future.
