Before solving any given problem, people should have a clear idea of the actual issue to be solved. A basis is vital in determining the proper criteria to be used in problem-solving; otherwise, the method would result in negative judgment. This dimension is basic and will determine how the verdict of the entire case. 

It is also necessary to consider the interests of both sides in a case involving two or more parties. This will help one identify all the potential causes of the problem and would give a legal ground in terms of justice; hence the judgment produced in such a case is bound to be fair (McNamara, 2020). Problem-solving should not be based on evidence that is one-sided but of sound mind, reasoning from both ends.

On such occasions, it is important to list the possible solutions to the problem to be solved. This will give a wide range of ideas and possible solutions out of which one will single out the best (Kumar et al., 2020). It is more sensible compared to the idea of neglecting other factors even if there is the urgency to come up with a solution. 

After evaluating and finding the suitable criteria, get the best alternative out of the possible enlisted solutions to the problem. Philosophy requires critical thinking and the utmost level of integrity to solve issues. Thus, the probable option is considered the best possible solution to the problem.
